Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel but... I am a Priority Club member and made my reservation from another Holiday Inn on my way to this one. Elizabeth at the front desk did not have any Priority bags ready when I or other Priority guests arrived and told us to come back and pick them up. Still had to wait when I came back. Disappointed in her lack of readiness. I have stayed at this same hotel several times and love the confidence and the hotel otherwise. January 2, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clueless Staff At breakfast, the attendant spent more time at the front desk than servicing the food. Afterward, I had some work to do in my room before checking out. A house keeper came to my room at about 9:30 asking what time I intended to leave. I mentioned that I had some work to do and would be in the room until at least check out at 11:00. At least 2 more time during the next hour, people came to my door asking what time I would be leaving. Then at 10:45, the front desk called my room to again inquire what time I would be leaving. I mentioned how many times I was disturbed while trying to finish my work. The caller decided to"remind" me that check out was at 11. I suggested that I might need some additional time and that I was a Platinum Priority Member. The attendant replied "I don't see that in your profile". After finishing my work at about 11:15, I began leaving. I placed my room keys at the front desk counter. The attendant was off to the side, "texting" and made no acknowledgement of my presence. In my opinion, these folks need a tune up in Hospitality. December 23, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaning staff and breakfast The weekend cleaning staff seemed to be disorganized. On Saturday the bed was made but the pillow cases were missing. The bathroom was not cleaned and a replenishment of towels was not available. I contacted the cleaning staff after an hour to get the pillow cases and I replaced those. As far as the morning breakfast during the week, the breakfast lady was always behind and did not have the main items available until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The weekend lady was early and had everything available. The hotel in general was great. Great front desk staff, I will be back. December 17, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EMAIL You really need to have a general email for the front desk employees to use. I needed a copy of my bill emailed to me and Oliver said he could only fax it. Set up a gmail account, it is easy and free. You need to upgrade to the 21st century. I informed the lady at the front desk of 2 issues with the room, the toilet would not flush and the sink stopper would not work. The toilet issue and sink repairs were not corrected, attempted but not corrected. December 12, 2012

Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and fairly easy access to I-26. Facilities in great condition, and received excellent value for the two queen bed suite. Also really appreciated the Priority Club member snack bag at check-in. November 16, 2012
