Can't say a single negative thing about this hotel and my stay. A short drive to many restaurants and activities. Have stayed here before and all experiences were equally good. August 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Parent Stay for Move In at USC Overall, I liked this hotel. I would have given it a higher evaluation except the pool was closed most of my stay. When it reopened, it looked dirty and I would not get in. I went to the fitness room which is very small. Only 3 pieces of equipment and all were broken. The staff was very nice but seemed helpless about the pool repair which was disappointing as I had changed my reservation to this hotel because of the pool. This is my second time in Columbia in a hotel that advertises a pool only to have it closed. The staff seemed concerned about the fitness equipment but I was never contacted regarding the pool or fitness equipment repair. It was move in at USC so they were busy but there is no excuse for amenities to be unusable. I don't feel confident that amenities will be operational so I may double book in the future and check before I arrive. The breakfast was very, very basic. August 21, 2015
