I had an easy check in and an even easier checkout. My room was clean and the staff was nice. I also felt safe knowing after a certain time you have to be let in. Overall I'd say I had a pretty good stay.

Stayed here for gymnastics competition. Service was great and very helpful staff! Breakfast was easy, clean and quick.

Overall it was a pretty good stay for the money. Location was good for travelling through the Columbia, S.C. area but there are more convenient locations if local attractions are what you came for. Room was clean and the front desk staff did recognize priority status at check-in. The evening front desk attendant went out of his way to help recommend area dining and attractions, thanks! Biggest negative was the lukewarm shower in the morning. I realize that hot water can be a problem when all guests are simultaneously getting ready in the a.m. but it was early morning and should not have been a problem. The ironic part was the guest relations interaction I had. When I let the front desk staff know at check-out, he said that I should have let him know sooner so that he may have corrected it. Not sure how that was going to happen at 5:00 in the morning, but I guess I'm to blame. Weird.

Convenient place, comfortable, clean/cozy, & courteous staff...Our stay was brief but we experienced what we wanted from a place away from home. We will surely come back and recommend this place to friends and family.

I was tired time of check in so I requested extended checkout and highlight not to be disturb in the morning cause it happens before yet I still got disturbed not once but twice by house keeper. other than that everything we nice. will come back again soon but hopefully next time I won't get disturb in morning again.
