The room was great except the heat/air unit made noises all night long. The breakfast was really good and had lots of variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I needed to stay in Columbia for about two months for work. The staff at this hotel became my "family" away from home, welcoming me back each evening and helping me in every way possible. I cannot recommend them more highly. While I was working downtown, I was willing to drive an extra 15 miles each way to stay here. Nice, clean hotel with a fantastic and caring staff.

This was the second stay at this hotel in the past 3 months and each time I have had to book multiple rooms for family. I was very pleased with this hotel} Although they are going through some remodeling, still, the hotel ownership and staff are simply the best I have had the pleasure to do business with. Honestly, they should be training others on how customer service is to be done - they get it right ALL THE TIME.
