Excellent service, great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and the lady attending the breakfast was VERY kind, and friendly.

The overall experience was good. The bath room sink had a mildew smell. Staff should use bleach in both the drain on the bottom of the sink and the overflow drain.

The bed was exceptional. The room was more modern than most. Electrical outlets were very accessible which is a great positive for me.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us as valued IHG members and made us feel very special. We were given water, snacks and a choice of beverage and snack from the hotel shop. It was a quiet restful place to stay and we enjoyed having a delicious breakfast, a paper to read and news on the TV in the breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night and my credit card was double billed. Hotel agrees that they double billed but after more than a week the charges are still on my card. Be careful here!

Web site fior this hotel advertises pet friendly. We did not find out until check in that they do not accept dogs. Very misleading information. Rude desk clerk. Requested assist from HI rep, she needed to get a supervisor who was eventually able to determine pet visit status.
By this time it was very late, and our dogs had to spend a cold night in the car, which is unacceptable.
