I stay at this hotel each time I travel to the area for business. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and it's quiet. Good variety and quality of breakfast, no matter what you're looking for. It's great to have the little mini store in the lobby so you can easily get a beverage or a snack.
The only small drawback is that my cell phone has intermittent service when I'm in my room. It sometimes prevents me from being able to check email on my phone or make a call, but it could just be my service (although it works fine once I leave the rooms).
All in all, this is a clean, nice hotel and I will continue to stay here when I am in the area.

We had to drive 35 minutes out of our way, but for a Holiday Inn Express....well worth it!!! Front desk staff, wish I remembered her name, was awesome!!! Very comfortable room, clean and quiet!

Nice Hotel. No surprises. The thing I like most about the Holiday Inn Express is that they are consistantly the same. Same Bed, same shower, same lay out.
It is very familiar and so we are very loyal to the brand.
My only concern is the cost. The price of a nights stay is getting way to expensive for my budget.

The location was difficult to find and signage was poor. The room price was the highest I have ever paid anywhere for Holiday Inn Express and I would not stay in this one again at anywhere near the price.

We traveled from Germany and decided to stay here because of the indoor pool and previous ratings. We were very pleased and the beds are wonderful. Great selection for a continental breakfast. Only wish they had 24 hour coffee available in the dining area.

We we're reluctant to stay at another Holiday Inn Express after our last stay in the Downtown Greenville SC Holiday Inn Express. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay in Columbia. The front desk staff was welcoming and the lady tending to the breakfast was warm and friendly. Our room was clean and in a quiet location as requested. We are HUGE fans of a non-smoking facility. The only down side was that the walls were thin and on our first night we could actually hear the man staying in the next room snoring!

This is a fairly new hotel, and it looks it. It is close to the interstate, but we were able to get a room away from the highway, so we didn't hear any traffic noise. We were passing through, on the way to Atlanta, and this was a convienant place to stop for the night. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those. They had the standard Holiday Inn breakfast, so no surprise there. The only negative that really stood out was there was no 24 hour coffee in the lobby. They did have coffee in the room, you could make yourself, but we find it easier and a lot more nicer, when there is coffee available in the lobby.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in spite of the fact that when we called for reservations,we asked for a two bed room on the first floor and we were assured thats what was being reserved for us.However on arrival we were told there was only one single room on the first floor and it was already taken.Seems to me the reservation people need to get with the program!!!
