Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Attractive, Comfortable and Good Location As facility is new (less than a month old when we stayed), the lobby, breakfast room and guest rooms were attractively decorated. Lobby and breakfast room are spacious and will accommodate fall football crowds. The breakfast room is especially impressive.(Elevators might have a tough time keeping up with football traffic though ; they're a bit slow for such volume.) Great location to get to anything in Columbia. And, most importantly, everything is very clean. Staff were always polite. They were good at their jobs but were very task-focused and so forgot to take a few seconds to be pleasant in addition to polite. Just a few seconds to say Good Morning or Thank You goes a long way in putting a hotel in the Excellent category. Hopefully, this issue is a result of being a new operation, and shortly, experience and customer service training will win out. All in all, a really good experience, and I would stay again and would recommend it. In fact, I already have. July 27, 2014
