Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel and comfortable room. We were in Columbus to help my daughter and son in law move to another city. While we were all very tired at the end of the day, we knew our hotel room would be very relaxing and comfortable for the evening. The hotel lobby is very nice, the hotel staff was very accommodating, our room was very nice and the overall stay at this hotel was great. January 29, 2015

Hotel was very good the staff was great, the only problem I had was when I was booking the room, I told them of the online price and they argued with me about it said I was wrong, but after 10 minutes I finally booked the room, that is the only problem I had. I was a little disappointed to see the hotel aging so quickly as the carpet, bathroom and furniture were starting to show some age. It was a great value for the price and the free breakfast was good enough to get us going and to keep us from having to spend money somewhere else for breakfast. December 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good lodging option Overall, a very good experience. The hotel is clean, but a bit old. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Business center computers were slow and mouse erratic, clearly in need of a refresh. Breakfast selection could have been broader, somewhat limited for gluten free diets. December 23, 2014

It was difficult to get to using GPS. The room's ac/heater unit was very noisy, the business center needs work...printer computer interface problems. The breakfast area was clean and well kept. The employees didn't stay at the front counter very much. They liked to hang out in the breakfast area. December 20, 2014
