Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Assigned to the Wrong room I stayed here for work purposes for 5 nights. On the first night, I was woken up by my room phone ringing around 1130pm. The were calling to ask me if I could come downstairs to resolve an issue that they had put me in the wrong room. I got down there and they just asked me to verify who I was. They did not once apologize for waking me up at 1130 at night or for the inconvience to me or to the other guest that this affected. I thought it was very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. From the sounds of what the other guest was saying, this is not the first time this has happened. August 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely room and dining room This Holiday Inn Express was a bit more lovely than the others we've stayed at, although they are all quite nice. Our room had a big couch with a little table we could slide up to put drinks or computer on. And a large curvy shower. Breakfast area was a bit more posh than usual -- with couches and big windows -- more like a lounge. All this was nice since we had more time than usual to enjoy the room between events at the wedding we had come into town to attend. August 15, 2014
