Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by outstanding customer service I was very happy with the lady at the front desk when I checked in during the night. She was very helpful and customer service friendly. I wish more people were like her. The accomodations were great. I always enjoy staying at the holiday inn as I always know what to expect. I have tried staying at other suppossed reputable hotels and have recently been let down with the qauality associated with the names. They are quick to send a survey yet dont respond to your complaints but will definately try to sell you a vacation afterwards. I have never had that happen at a holiday inn. It must be the difference the way holiday inn is owned and managed. Keep up the good work and quality people holiday inn. Im always satisfied at one of your hotels. January 18, 2014

But think I should have recieved more my helpers laptop was ruined they replaced it. Thats good for him and cloths got wet they gave me $3.00 to wash my my cloths which i had to do .Think i should have recieved pts or free night something. thats just my thoughts January 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great hotel for Boot Camp graduations! Being ex-military, I know that hotels near military bases are often old, run-down and in 'bad' neighborhoods. However, I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find this Holiday Inn Express wasn't anything like that. This hotel is just a short drive from Fort Benning - about 1 mile down the main road. It may be the closest hotel to the Base. It was also situated perfectly for our purposes; it was half-way between Fort Benning, where army Boot Camp training is conducted, and the Infantry Museum, where the Boot Camp graduation ceremony is held. This hotel had a lot going for it: It looked brand new, it had free parking, reasonable room prices, a good continental breakfast, friendly staff members and a very clean and comfortable room. We booked a Suite so we would have the extra space, a couch & a kitchenette. As I mentioned, the location was PERFECT...half-way between the Base and the Museum with lots of sit-down restaurants, fast food restaurants & stores just a half-mile further down the road. Some other parents, who were at Fort Benning for the Boot Camp graduation, told us that they found cheaper hotel rooms elsewhere...but we discovered that their hotel was not as nice as ours and that their hotel was much further from the base than the Holiday Inn Express. We really felt like we hit the jackpot by finding this hotel. We would highly recommend that any boot camp graduate parents or army base visitors stay at this hotel. January 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome service at a great price This hotel was a great catch on the IHG site. I recently had business at Fort Benning and this new hotel far out weighs its local rivals!! Yes people think of the old Victory drive but this is revitalizing the old image. Right across from Ranger Joes has all the amenities and promotes the brand well!! The staff is very experienced and knows where everything is local and provides directions. I will be back and this will be my first choice when staying. Ron December 25, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience This was our second time staying at this hotel. The experience in October we found them to be very accommodating and helpful. So we decided to stay there again in December and rented two rooms. Our second room had a young mother and child staying and when turning down the sheets found a pair of dirty women's underwear in the sheets. She called the front desk and they offered to change the sheets. At this time both were ready for bed and just sleep in the other bed. We asked for the room to be free and they offered only 1/2 price off. To me this is extremely unacceptable !! Someone there did not do there job and I was inconvenience. I am the customer and a Pro Club Member which meant nothing. The staff was less than helpful. December 10, 2013

I would highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a great place to stay for any events at Fort Benning, which is minutes away. December 10, 2013
