I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the beds and beddings were remarkably comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. I stay here several times per year while traveling on business. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection is average but the lady who handles the food is great. She's always friendly and has cheerful "Good Morning" for you.

Won't stay unless very clean, and this hotel has continued to have very high standards over the years. It is like new - very well maintained inside and out. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

I had to stay at this hotel for buisness. This was a wonderful facility and very clean. I especially loved the staff. They were all very polite and helpful.
My room was very clean and comfortable. I wiould recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Columbus.

I travel frequently to Columbus. When I stay at an IHG hotel, it is the HIE at Northlake. My travel agent made a mistake with my check-in date on my last trip. The hotel was full and my reservation was for the next day. Linda called another hotel and reserved me the last room at that hotel. The staff is always wonderful especially Linda.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for the past few months on business. From the time I walked through the door from the time I checked out I felt at home. Ms. Linda at the front desk epitomizes what customer service should look like and how every customer should be treated. She really should teach a Customer Service class for other IHG properties because this hasn't happened at other IHG properties I've stayed.
The breakfast/reception area is well-maintained and the food is good. The young ladies that work breakfast and that handles the Manager's Reception are the best.
My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable .
The stay was phenomenal!!

We stayed in a double queen suite for my son's graduation at Fort Benning. When we arrived, we were tired after a 10 hour drive, but was greeted with a friendly staff member at the front desk. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I would change is that the vanity is located inside the bathroom which makes it challenging when the entire family is trying to get dressed in the morning. We enjoyed the warm pool and sauna. The free breakfast was an added bonus, saving us from feeding 5 each morning like we did previously when we stayed at a competitor for Family Day. The hotel is conveniently located off exit 10 near desirable shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Overall, we had a positive experience and would stay again.
