I loved the staff especially the day staff since I interacted with them more then the night staff. The breakfast was good, The hotel facilities and rugs are starting to show their were from all the people traffic. The location is goo as many eating establishments are within easy driving distance.

I only booked this hotel for a short stopover looking for an economical place for overnight stay. My expectations were exceeded. The room was extra large with a nice seating area and two large beds. The linens were crisp and clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in was quick and all the staff we encountered were very courteous. The breakfast staff was especially friendly and accommodating. I wish I had booked this hotel for a longer stay.

We were attending the 75th Ranger Regiment Rendezvous at Ft Benning. Very convenient location to Benning plus close to numerous restaurants.

I so enjoyed my stay at this Holiday inn. All the employees, (front desk, breakfast helpers, housekeeping, etc) were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was immaculate and breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Holiday Inn Express. My overall experience was wonderful. The room was spacious, very clean, and most of all didn't smell like smoke!

I am a frequent guest at this hotel, sometimes twice a month, and this hotel staff is consistently the friendliness, most accommodating staff of any hotel I have visited. I travel often and wish that every hotel could be as enjoyable as this one. IHG should send every new hotel staff member to train at this hotel.

When we arrived, there was confusion regarding my reservation. The hotel clerk was very dismissive towards us. She didn't research the cause of the misunderstanding nor did she attempt to “make it right”. In fact, she made the statement that she didn't have to let my family stay at the hotel.
It was also during the check-in process that I realized that I had not receive a confirmation email at the time I made my reservation for three rooms for two nights.
I immediately called your customer care number (for which I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes# who told me that the manager would call me in a matter of minutes. In actuality, the manager did not call me until the next day. The manager did try to make it right by moving us to a room with the appropriate number of beds for my family at no charge for the second night of our stay. However, our reservation was for a suite and we were given a regular room which was cramped for me, my husband, and two adult sons.
The first night we took the suite with the king size bed #we had no other choice) which meant that my husband and I slept on the sleeper sofa. The front desk clerk and the customer service rep mentioned over and over that the room would accommodate four, because of the sleeper sofa. However, after spending a night on the sleeper sofa, I can tell you that it is not comparable to a bed.
To add to my disappointment, the exercise equipment was broken in the on-site health and fitness center.
We had additional family in rooms on a different floor who experienced disappointments of their own. They had to call the front desk multiple times about excessive noise by other hotel guests on their floor. These repeated calls to the hotel staff did not quiet the loud hotel guests. This experience happened around 2:00 AM. Needless to say, several of our family members did not have a peaceful nights rest for the day of our family wedding. In the future, please make it right for ALL your guests!
I am unable to respond Yes/No choice regarding “Recommend this property”, because I am not certain that I could make a recommendation as some of our disappointments are related to the staff on duty. Someone else could have a more favorable experience if other staff members are present during their stay.
I have traveled around the world and this is the worst experience that I have had at a hotel. Thankfully, my stay at a competitor's property later in the week was marvelous. I was relieved to see a sign on the front desk stating “If you’re not satisfied with you stay, let us know and we’ll MAKE IT RIGHT”.
