It is truly a gem of the Great Plains. The facility is very nice and clean while at the same time very homey. The niceness of the facility was only surpassed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Columbus facility and staff could easily be a yard stick to rate and measure other facilities by. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Tidy but not for a tight budget This hotel failed to communicate that the rate for a Saturday night was more than any other night of the week, which made me feel like I was being bilked for more money and soured my opinion of this establishment considerably. The bill was adjusted, but I did not feel very valued as a customer. The front desk staff was very friendly and as a single woman, I felt very safe there. August 7, 2014
