Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Hospitality I booked my room after looking over the website and seeing the amenities. This location has an indoor swimming pool area. I wanted to take my daughter and her friends somewhere for her birthday. When booking the room, i made sure i had clicked every button for amenities, looking for any exclusions or rules. I also asked the clerk who booked my room, who worked at the hotel. I was very open to why i was booking room. There was nothing, so i booked the king room suite. Upon my arrival n check in, the front desk clerk was VERY RUDE, AND INSTRUSIVE. In asking my name for reservations, she quickly made it clear i was only allowed 4 wristbands, quoting that they had strict no party policy. I asked where the policy was located n she replied on the website. I told her i didn't see one, while looking over website n booking my room over 2 months prior. She rudely said it was there. I asked her to show me where it was located on the website, and after 20 minutes, she herself was unable to locate it on website. At this point i tried to alleviate the wristband problem, by booking another room. In which she rudely said there were no more rooms available. Someone else with me, decided to look online , and found and booked a room at this location. Now i am not discrediting this No Party Policy, it should just be easier located, or said in booking rooms. Remember, the front desk clerk was unable to find The No Party Policy on website. And it was also very unnecessary for the front desk clerk to be soooo unhelpful and rude. In all of my efforts to fix each problem that arose, she was quick to give me another rule or problem. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated. Its all in how u speak to people...her words, her tone, n lack of respect was completely unnecessary. Thankfully my daughter and her friends had a good time. But for the amount of money I spent in booking a king room suite n double room, i have NEVER been treated so horribly. I would Not recommend this location to anyone. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic staff and value I stayed at this hotel with my 4 year old grand daughter. All the staff greeted us and engaged in conversation. The breakfast staff was cheerful and attentive. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and assisted me in problem solving activities/ transportation to occupy a 4 year old. Michelle at the front desk was especially helpful and a delight to talk with. I enjoyed the many areas of the hotel to relax and play with my grand daughter We played on the patio, pool area and watched tv in the breakfast area later in the afternoon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, secure and comfortable place to relax. May 19, 2015
