Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable with good ameneties This was a great hotel. Everything was very clean. I was not able to have breakfast at the hotel, but noticed a wide variety of options. The pool closes at 10:00, which seemed early, but wasn't a big deal. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. May 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by As Expected for the Price. Got the best room for a great price. Overall it was what I've come to expect from this. Was able to check in early, and was upgraded do to my IHG level. Internet was less than what I am use to but overall it was a good experience. If I had to complain; more time cleaning the rooms and update the heating and cooling. May 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a clean Hotel. Untypiical HI Express I spent one night (a reward night) and moved to a new room quickly. I discovered stains on the bed that looked pretty scary. (see Pic) I found similar stains on a hand towel that had obviously not been washed but was nicely folded. (see Pic) Some lighting did not function and one wall mounted lighting fixture had a cord coming from the wall and was plugged into a desk lamp.(see Pic) The common area outside the front door had what I feel is chewing tobacco stains sprayed down the pillars in front of a bench.(see Pic) The parking lot is littered and un-kept. The Housekeeping staff shouts to each other down the hall (an unpleasant wake-up) starting approx 7:45 AM. You can hear walking and conversations from the adjoining rooms and the floor above. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick night I was passing through, and stopped at this hotel for a quick sleep and breakfast. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again. I snagged my room using a point saver, so it was an excellent deal! The room and ground were clean and fresh. My room was quiet and comfortable. The pool and gym looked nice, but I did not take advantage of them. I had an interview after my stay, and they asked me, "Have you always been this awesome?" I answered, "No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!" I got the job offer... April 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best staff ever! My wife and I recently drove to the Holiday Inn Express in Commerce to take advantage of some reward nights and get away from our busy schedule. When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk by two of the most delightful receptionists we’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. They welcomed us with beautiful smiles, sincere attentiveness and professional kindness. They made sure we had the best room available. We were so impressed with the quality of service and support we received that I asked for their names so we could write Holiday Inn and say thanks. Holiday Inn’s commitment to excellence is a rare exception these days, and these ladies were a delight. They certainly helped get our “getaway” off to a wonderful start. April 29, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Had Water Leak issue Only in my room 20 minutes and water started to leak from ceiling If I was not there to report this it could have made quite a mess. Got the front desk to move us and got maintenance. I got moved and didn't even get an complementary up grade for this issue. Not Happy April 29, 2015
