We stayed here for two nights. Great location, close to the Concord Mills mall and many restaurants. Check-in was super fast, very friendly personel. The room is great, fridge,microwave, great Wifi. We truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nothing special, one day they had warm rolls and the next day they didn't. Great experience overal. There was only one breakfast lady that didn't seem to "excited" that we were there but we chose to ignore that. Would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I were returning from a weekend trip to Savannah, Ga., and had stopped at the IKEA in Charlotte late in the afternoon. While we were there, we learned about the Easter Sunday 90-car pile-up on I-77 on Fancy Gap Mtn. in Virginia. Since it wasn't certain when the NB lanes would be open (and we would arrive in the area after dark), we opted to wait until Monday to continue homeward. We stayed at this hotel last summer for a weekend visit, and since it was close to Concord Mills (more shopping), we headed there for the night. We ended up with a good rate and enjoyed our return visit. The whirlpool tub was a nice way to wrap up our long weekend and the quiet room provided a good night's sleep.

The staff at the Holiday Inn was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions about the area and recommended good choices for dinner.
Oour room was clean and comfortable and gave us plenty of space to relax after seeing the various sites in the area. Looking forward to a return trip.

My stay was quite brief but very enjoyable!! So glad that I stayed. The front desk clerk who checked us in was fantastic. She was very informative and even set up my "reward" point system. She even got my future stays at Holiday Inn already set up with the point system. She was very friendly and greeted me each time I passed by the desk. It really made my stay more enjoyable. Also the room was GREAT! So clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a great job. Yet another great Holiday Inn! Thanks for the service!!

Good food, nice facility, mostly friendly, receptionist seemed annoyed when asked a couple questions.

Our two night stay was a wonderful experience. The room was larger than most hotel rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel employees were very helpful.

This was a quick night getaway to stay near IKEA so when we woke up the next morning we could just travel a little ways to get there. The room that we were put in was Room 117. We had our 7 yr old son with us and when we went to make up the sofa bed there was Cheerios, old french fries and a bottle cap from a soda bottle underneath it. GROSS! After we went to bed we noticed that the elevator control room was right on the other side of the main wall to the room. Normally we are heavy sleepers and we thought maybe we could sleep through the noise but every time the elevator ran we heard it. Upon checkout, we told the gentleman behind the counter about the noisy room and I showed him a picture of the trash under the sofa bed but all he said was he was sorry to hear we had such a bad experience. I guess I was wrong to think he was going to be more hospitable. The lack of housekeeping not doing simple cleaning like underneath furniture makes me wonder if they are changing the sheets to the bed after each guest?

Generally rate this all stars, but just had to express a little disappointment on the food this time... The food warmer was broken on our first night, so the Hotel set up a temporary table and warmers which was fine and a terrific solution. The property was VERY busy that weekend with the GoodGuys Car Show nearby, so we were very disappointed when on the next day we were met with NO hot food, as the tables & temporary warmers were gone and the main umit was broken. On the third day, the warmers were fixed, but the pancake machine was down...
On the room, one less star because of the shower curtain... No matter what I did, the curtain would not stay on the wall on the shower head end of the tub... Really annoying, as I am a bit of a neat freak and did NOT want to leave a mess for the cleaning folks, and invariably a good amount of water was spilled out on the floor...I had to stop and clean up each morning...
Rest assured, this is a favoured property and we stay there multiple times each year, and we will continue to recommend it to others, and will be back there again.. My comments are only to hopefully bring these issues to the fore so that they may be addressed... We were in room 421 for the shower issue..
Many Thanks for a terrific spot to stay.. We will be staying in plenty more of your properties as we are on the road for a good bit of time on this trip!!
I have noticed that on this trip, the little perks for the platinum level of Priority Club points seems to be off from previous... Not just at this property, but a general comment... We HAVE been getting the room up grades, but miss the little "treats"...
