Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Don't Care! This was an awful place to stay! I made my reservation online and had to call twice before I was sent a confirmation on my reservation. The lady who I spoke with on the phone had told me my room would be ready by 1pm. When we arrived I was told check-in wasn't until 3pm. I explained to her that I had called ahead, but she was very rude. She continued checking lots of other people in, but wouldn't allow us to check-in. When I returned to my room around 11:30 from the concert I was in town for, I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. I went into the bathroom and there was feces on the rim and running down the toilet. I called down stairs to complain, but no one answered. My nephew cleaned it because I refused to go into the bathroom again after that. When we went to breakfast the next morning there was nothing left. The had ran out of almost everything and were not willing to prepare more! I spoke with the lady at the desk and explain what happened during my stay. She offered me reward point.... What is that, and how does that make me feel better!! I feel as if the Holiday Inn doesn't care about there customers... Or at least the didn't care about me! I will not return next year to stay at the Holiday Inn in Concord NC!! May 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by They forgot to clean my room!! They forgot to clean my room. There was no sign saying "Do not Disturb" on my door. When I called the front desk, they told me that my room was on a list not to be cleaned. All they did was bring me one towel and one wash cloth. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. I am Platinum, and try to stay exclusively at IHG properties, but this property fell below the bar! May 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to expectations We've always loved staying at HIE but this experience was OK at best. We found the staff less than caring, the sheets on the bed were worn bare and the towels dingy. The water pressure in the shower was GREAT though. Breakfast was totally....and I mean TOTALLY empty at 9:40 am and there was no one in sight. When mentioned to the front desk, she really didn't care. We checked out and went elsewhere. I can't say our stay was terrible, but certainly not up to our HIE expectations. We wouldn't stay at this location again as there are many other options in the area. April 30, 2015
