NEEDS improvement All of the front desk staff are AWESOME, they know thier job as well as others, they are quick to handle any problems and they handle it properly. The room rates are far higher then what I would have expected from this location. The house keeping staff are hit and miss, most are great and seem to take pride in what they do, however there are aleast acouple who should be let go as it is clear they don't want to do thier job properly and certainly have no pride in it. The appearance of the fitness center was marginal, and it had an unpleasant smell. There is only a limited number of machines in the center and most of them looked like they needed maintenance. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Condition of room After arriving in my room and entering the bathroom I found the floor to be dirty, and old bar of soap was still on the ledge of the shower. The toilet didnt appear to be very well cleaned-a small facial hair was on the rim of the toilet. There was an old ink pen not picked up that was along side the night stand. It seemed that the house keeper doesnt pay attention to detail. April 15, 2013
