Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bed was overly "firm" Heating and air not connected to the wall controlls, was difficult to get the room to not be 60 or 85. They apparently clean at 6am slamming doors, loud cleaning staff, and stomping floors. Bed was just hard causing some back and shoulder pain that almost a week later is still bugging me. Would recommend a different property in this quaint town. February 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice Hotel. Great Service Your hotel was very nice, and the staff were very accomodating. When I checked in I asked when do they serve breakfast, and they 6:30 am. My father and I are very early risers and were plesantly suprised when the staff had breakfast ready at 6:00 am. This allowed us to enjoy breakfast and beat the morning traffic through Little Rock. Thanks for the clean room and relazing stay. January 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Holiday Inn in Conway On a trip to visit family, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Conway for 3 nights. The hotel has great modern features and furniture, making it feel like a boutique hotel in a larger city. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds, large flat screen tvs, well appointed bathrooms and double pain windows that muffle any noise from the near by I-40 highway. The hotel has an in door pool and Jacuzzi with very warm water. While we didn't swim while there, if we come back, it would be a great way to end the day. We also noticed that the hotel has an outdoor grill so you can, bbq, if you wanted to. Breakfast was included and was fresh, plentiful and provided in a clean, spacious environment. The kitchen staff were wonderful and very friendly. The hotel is walking distance from a giant Walmart and several restaurants. The check in staff were courteous but distant and didn't offer the usual amenities that a gold IHG member receives. When I asked for them, they were happy to provide them but I shouldn't have to ask. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. January 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay We got in super late that night due to a game up North. Check in went very smooth and we were in a ground floor which helped with bringing sleeping children in. Breakfast had a good selection so everyone was able to find something they liked. The fitness center was nice. Some weights in there would be nice though. Overall a very good and pleasant experience. One of the better stays we have had in this area. The young man who checked us in was one of the best ever! He really went out of his way to help us in any way we needed! He made it great!!!
