Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Try the cinnamon rolls! Seriously, for pre-frozen cinnamon rolls (I don't know how they do it, but...) they're the best. This was a nice hotel, very clean, and had a good complimentary breakfast. We had to stay here for a week between moving, so it was "home." The only annoying part of our stay was that both of our room cards quit each day and we had to have them reactivated every day. Not sure what they could have done differently about this, but when it's cold and you're parked around back and have to walk all the way around to the front to have your card re-set; it's annoying. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself needing to stay in Conway. December 12, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room was fine, staff was horrible. I had a co-worker reserve our room on way to conway. On arrival i booked my room with my credit card in my name for four nights. We didnt check in untill late in the eve, and had to work around 3am. When i came back that night, there was a do not disturb sign on my room, and my room key wouldnt work. I went to front desk and they told me they had given my room away because they thought i checked out because i took my belongings. Mind you i booked for four nights upon checkin. The next morn i went and asked if i could get a receipt for the night they checked me out, and they give me a receipt with my co-workers name that reserved it before arrival. I asked if i could get a receipt with my name on it, and they said no since i checked out. So i couldnt get a receipt that i paid for with my credit card, used my rewards card, and asked them to put it in my name......and i never checked out, they automatically checked me out because i took my belongings with me. Ive stayed at Holiday Inn prob 45-50 nights min this year, and this was the worst staff i have encountered hands down. November 20, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect stay! Our first stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conway, Arkansas was excellent, Everything was great, from the check- in to the decor and comfortable beds.
