Friendly and efficient front desk welcomed by name, recognized IHG Platinum status, and completed check-in quickly. Rooms are comfortable, bedding exceptional for HIE, and the wifi is also good. Breakfast offered a variety that included fresh fruit., Attendant quickly replenished items with a smile. This property is a newer property and is well maintained. A pleasure to stay in Conway., unlike other IHG locations to the south. September 13, 2013

Breakfast was great, lots of food to choose from and the breakfast room itself was outstanding,plenty of tables and clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend this hotel. August 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay Hotel is in an excellent location for our purposes. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was quick. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Anytime we met hotel staff in lobby or hallways they were always pleasant. We had the complimentary breakfast two mornings and selection was good. Check out was quick and easy. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting area. March 23, 2013

He was very helpful and while handing me the room key, he gave me important information about breakfast time, check out time, etc. i have been there when you had to ask all the questions. I was impressed with his willingness to make our stay a good one. I did not get his name. But you can maybe look at the schedule for the evening of Feb. 15, 2013 and the morning or Feb. 16, 2013. Employees at the front door and other entrance are always there smoking. Also need more sound proofing between floors. Had to sleep with television on to get sleep. Overall not a good stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The coffee was actually good! While traveling through Arkansas, we stopped in Conway and had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Express. The entire facility was very clean and spacious. For breakfast, we were plesently surprized that the coffee was actually good and the orange juice was not watered down. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express's and this is the best one yet! January 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Try the cinnamon rolls! Seriously, for pre-frozen cinnamon rolls (I don't know how they do it, but...) they're the best. This was a nice hotel, very clean, and had a good complimentary breakfast. We had to stay here for a week between moving, so it was "home." The only annoying part of our stay was that both of our room cards quit each day and we had to have them reactivated every day. Not sure what they could have done differently about this, but when it's cold and you're parked around back and have to walk all the way around to the front to have your card re-set; it's annoying. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself needing to stay in Conway. December 12, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room was fine, staff was horrible. I had a co-worker reserve our room on way to conway. On arrival i booked my room with my credit card in my name for four nights. We didnt check in untill late in the eve, and had to work around 3am. When i came back that night, there was a do not disturb sign on my room, and my room key wouldnt work. I went to front desk and they told me they had given my room away because they thought i checked out because i took my belongings. Mind you i booked for four nights upon checkin. The next morn i went and asked if i could get a receipt for the night they checked me out, and they give me a receipt with my co-workers name that reserved it before arrival. I asked if i could get a receipt with my name on it, and they said no since i checked out. So i couldnt get a receipt that i paid for with my credit card, used my rewards card, and asked them to put it in my name......and i never checked out, they automatically checked me out because i took my belongings with me. Ive stayed at Holiday Inn prob 45-50 nights min this year, and this was the worst staff i have encountered hands down. November 20, 2012
