Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staycation I took my godkids away for a night and picked this hotel because they had an indoor pool. We made a chill night out of it and ordered some takeout for dinner. This was a very nice getaway and I got to spend some quality time with them. They really enjoyed the pool and want to come back. We'll have to come back soon. April 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service but rooms need some work The hotel was clean and the customer service was great however the rooms needed some attention. My light did not work when you first come in the door. The mirror to the closet was cracked and broken and missing the magnet to keep it closed (assume why it was broke). The lavatory sink handle was extremely loose and nearly came off in my hand and the water pressure was very poor. April 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handicap facilities need improvement The hotel/room are nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and pleasant staff. However, the handicap facilities in the room are lacking. This appears to be a hotel that was remodeled. The room had a tub with one grab rail. It was difficult to maneuver getting out. In addition, the toilet was not raised. Again a difficulty for a handicap person. A call to the desk did not remedy the situation by getting our room changed. April 12, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy!!! Upon arriving at the 3:00p.m. checkin our room was not ready. We were not recognized as Gold Club members and we were not offered a snack bag or points instead. Wecalled the front desk for a 5:00a.m. wakeup call. The call never came and we were late for our engagement the next day. We definitely will not be staying here again. There standards are certainly not that of other Holidays. The lack of concern over our issues was lacking to say the least. April 5, 2015
