Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room facing truck stop / convenience center was noisy. Ask for different side of hotel. Breakfast choices limited compared to other brand name properties but the cookies/coffee better.

The quality was what I would expect at a Holiday Inn Express or a little better. Food was predictable. The room was comfortable and quiet. but the plants at the entrance need some attention.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good value and nice to see that this facility appreciated military (not all do).
Breakfast needed some help...gravy lacked flavor and
cinnamon rolls did not taste fresh.

I had a very easy time with booking, checking in and out. I had to have a layover because of severe weather.
Even though the hotel was booked solid the staff was very courteous and always willing to take time to insure that my needs were met.
There were a lot of people there because of the storm however the stress level was calm and collected.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Room and bed were find. Bed was especially good. One complaint is that the desk chair had been replaced with a standard Card Table type chair which therefore, height wise was VERY uncomfortable to work at with a laptop. They need to have an ergonomically correct chair in the room so one can work at the desk.
