Arrivedin the afternoon - the hotelitself was in a state of needing some attention to aesthetics -many of the the walls and trmming was peeling and in need of repair.
The room was comfortable and the batthroom was clean.
Breakfast hadmore choices than antcpated - and was more than just Continental fair.
We put 5 in a double queen - not really enough room for a roll-away - but slept 4 quite comfortably. An the price was reasonable.

I like refrigerator in the room.
Some Holiday Express do not have them.

Customer service was fantastic. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was surprised as the last stay I had at a holiday inn express was not good. But they blew me away and I would stay here again with no question.

The staff was very responsive to our needs. The variety of dining choices in the area at this time of year was less than satisfactory.

Clean comfortable room, predictable breakfast choices, good work-out, pool/spa choices (spa was very above-average). Friendly staff. No dining choices close-by but many within 5 miles.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. I had an omlette and sausage with toast and juice. Not just a muffin and a cup of coffee as some hotels try to pass off as "Breakfast included". The pool and hot tub were relaxing after a long day. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area. Great job!

Had A great Stay,Very Close to Baseball Hall Of Fame.Nice Room and clean,Very Good Breakfast.Only Thing Bad was stayed over new years,good time to see the hall of fame,but most places to eat closed for the season,only fast food.

Decided to stay near Cooperstown won the way to returning our kids to college. Also cut down our xmas tree.
The site was clean and well kept. The desk person couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast enjoyable but ending at 9:30 a little too early for late sleepers. Attendant did wait until 9:45 though.
Durring the time there no one turned on the fireplace
It was snowing and the main room for breakfast was a thing of beauty with its snowey view. Only suggestion would be to get a gas fireplace instead of the electric one and turn it on. It would have made that room so warm and comfy..

This hotel is very shabby. The beds are old and uncomfortable (very lumpy). The walls are paper thin...we heard evry conversation and bathroom trip made by the people in the neighboring rooms. The carpeting needs to be replaced; stained and uninviting. On the upside, the staff was very nice and tried to be accomodating.

I've stayed now three times at this property, opting for great value as apposed to some of the swankier places in town. Location is off the road enough so little road noise is heard - especially the rear facing rooms. I believe it is a newer property as the rooms are clean and modern. I like the choice of pillows right on the bed. They still have the the plug in ethernet for my laptop which I prefer, but wireless is available. Staff was pleasant and the welcome bag has water and snacks to help out on the ride home. Breakfast was great and they still had coffee through the late evening which as a 10 cup a dayer I really appreciated. I'll be there again next year!

The beds were very lumpy and hard. Breakfast was very disappointing as well. Choices were limited and what was there was stale. I would not stay there again

We stay at this hotel during our annual autumn pilgrimage to beautiful Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The free breakfast is great - the wife and kids absolutely love staying here.
And that's all that matters.
