The rooms and breakfast and room service were great, but the front desk was unprofessional and lacks common cordial people's skills.

After a horrible experience at a different chain the night before we decided we need to make sure we did not have a repeat. We made the right choice here. Friendly check in service, room was clean and very well maintained. The morning breakfast had something for everyone. The only problem we had was we booked two rooms and when we went down to them one was already occupied. Front desk quickly addressed the error and even gave us a room upgrade to a suite. Very pleased with our stay here

There was not a reading/sitting chair with light in the room. I had this at my visit to HIX - Toledo North. This should be standard room furniture.
Beds (both) were squeaky not comfortable. They had been well used.

Everything was perfect.
We were recognized as Platinum priority club members upon arrival. Cheryl had already upgraded us to a mini suite. She also recommended an excellent local restaurant which was just down the road.
This was the perfect way to end our trip.

In almost 40 years of travel and staying in Holiday Inns this was the best We arrived very late Our room was ready and baby bed was set up He had put us in the end room so no noises to wake us up Everyone was super friendly and helpful I think they all deserve a raise, We will stop their again if the need arrises.

Clean and comfortable room. Could use a laundry on each floor.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!!!!
It was a full house the night I stayed, yet there was plenty of goodies to eat the following morning for breakfast and I arrived towards the end of the free breakfast spread that was available.
Plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals.
The staff was courteous and friendly and made me feel very welcome.
