Stayed one night on our way to FL. Good/convenient location with ample variety of dining establishments. This hotel is clean, clean, clean!
Best things about this property were the condition of the building/rooms and the hotel staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff to maintenance and housekeeping, was very helpful and cordial.
Breakfast choices were tasty, plentiful and hot. Plan to stay at this location again.

We have stayed at this facility twice in the past month. We are very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, the staff friendliness, and the excellent breakfast, We will be staying at this facility in the future.

The lobby area is beautiful and clean, but the room we stayed in was not. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and I thought it was nice. It is a good stopping point for us. This time we were disappointed in the condition of the room. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, the sheets had a few hairs on them which were not mine, and the edges around the room were very dirty. My husband even commented on the cleanliness of the room and he never does. He was more disappointed that the TV was small and not in HD. The breakfast in the morning was nice, predictable which is good. The staff was nice too. We were given a nice recommendation to 16 East restaurant in Cordelle. To sum it up, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

Everything was great. Some of the breakfeast items were hard and cold. However, we didn't get there to just before closing.

Facility was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean Clean Clean! Stayed here on our way to Florida. Made sure we stayed here on our way back from Florida to MI

From the moment I entered the Inn till I departed on Wednesday I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. From Cindy at the front desk to Desiree, the keeper of my room, my stay was totally enjoyable. Thank you. Should I get the chance I will definitely stay again.

The only issue we had with our stay was the receptionist who answered the phone had issues with booking our room using our rewards number. The military discount was awesome, and breakfast was nice as always at Holiday Inn Express hotels.

This is my third and last stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express.
Again (third time) I was not acknowledged as a Priority Club member. When I checked in I asked if I could have a one hour extension to check out and was told it would probably not be a problem but to call the front desk in the AM. I called and was told the head house keeper was off the property and they would call me back. I called back about 30-40 minutes prior to check out and was again told they would call me back. I asked for a 1 hour later check out and was finally contacted by the front desk, 15 minutes before normal check out I could not have the extra one hour I had requested. This hotel was far from full and no reason or apology given just told they could not accomondate my request.
Also for some reason the coffee at the breakfast center is very weak and not very tasty.

i travel interstate 75 many times each year and stay at this propety often with and without reservations- the staff is always friendly, helpful and the food is great each and ever time- i have been staying here since the opening and would highly recommend that for good value anyone would be comfortable here-

I found the HIEx to be very clean, comfortable and quiet, I was able to relax in both my room and in the lobby after work the staff was friendly and accomadating also. I would stay and recommend this hotel to others.

A little bit remote, but nice staff and very helpful. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Holiday Inn Express has really improved it's brand reputation.

A great experience. We have come to expect quality from this chain and this specific stay was no exception to the rule.
Everything was taken care of prior to our arrival. The staff and facility were top notch.
This was a one night stay while headed to Florida. We had a very comfortable night and were on our way.

I love staying at your hotel. The staff is just great. I look forward to seeing some of the faces - especially in the morning. But night people great too - just don't see as much of them.
I was really disappointed last week when you were booked and I had to stay somewhere else. Gee I missed you ! Will definitely recommend this hotel. Have stopped in Cordele many many times over last 27 years and I am so glad you are there now !
