Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by squeaky floors Whenever anyone walked in the room next door the floor would squeak loudly like they were in our room. If we walked on the floor on our side in front of our TV the floor would squeak. We were hoping the floor was safe on the 3rd floor. Don't know if other floors were the same. All in all, we did like the room. It was comfortable and clean. July 4, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not my favorite Holiday Inn Express Not the experience I am used to as a Platinum Priority Club Member. Stayed for 2 different occasions in June. 1. Not once recognized as a Platinum member though my room was upgraded. 2. No goodie bag upon check in for Platinum members as almost every other HI express. 3. I hate the fact that there are no vending machines anywhere, there are signs for them but no machines. If you want vending machine type items you have to go to the front desk.. When on the 2nd or 3rd floor late at night I really don't want to have to go to the front desk for a soda/water or snack. 4. Many HI Ex have free beer and wine on the weekday evenings in the dining area for Priority Club members. Not this one 5 MOST NOTABLE no fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the evenings, don't know if I ever seen a HI Exp with out cookies.. Asked about cookies and got a smart aleck response and was told they had some for sale behind the counter. June 26, 2013

After staying at thr Cordele property we became hooked on Holiday Inn Express. We already have booked a room in Sept and Oct at Cordele. The entire staff is always very friendly. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Stay After a horrible experience at a different chain the night before we decided we need to make sure we did not have a repeat. We made the right choice here. Friendly check in service, room was clean and very well maintained. The morning breakfast had something for everyone. The only problem we had was we booked two rooms and when we went down to them one was already occupied. Front desk quickly addressed the error and even gave us a room upgrade to a suite. Very pleased with our stay here May 29, 2013

Cheryl had already upgraded us to a mini suite. She also recommended an excellent local restaurant which was just down the road. This was the perfect way to end our trip. April 8, 2013

It was a full house the night I stayed, yet there was plenty of goodies to eat the following morning for breakfast and I arrived towards the end of the free breakfast spread that was available. Plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. The staff was courteous and friendly and made me feel very welcome. March 14, 2013

Best things about this property were the condition of the building/rooms and the hotel staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff to maintenance and housekeeping, was very helpful and cordial. Breakfast choices were tasty, plentiful and hot. Plan to stay at this location again. March 11, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't judge this book by it's cover. The lobby area is beautiful and clean, but the room we stayed in was not. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and I thought it was nice. It is a good stopping point for us. This time we were disappointed in the condition of the room. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, the sheets had a few hairs on them which were not mine, and the edges around the room were very dirty. My husband even commented on the cleanliness of the room and he never does. He was more disappointed that the TV was small and not in HD. The breakfast in the morning was nice, predictable which is good. The staff was nice too. We were given a nice recommendation to 16 East restaurant in Cordelle. To sum it up, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. March 4, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Its OK. This is my third and last stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express. Again (third time) I was not acknowledged as a Priority Club member. When I checked in I asked if I could have a one hour extension to check out and was told it would probably not be a problem but to call the front desk in the AM. I called and was told the head house keeper was off the property and they would call me back. I called back about 30-40 minutes prior to check out and was again told they would call me back. I asked for a 1 hour later check out and was finally contacted by the front desk, 15 minutes before normal check out I could not have the extra one hour I had requested. This hotel was far from full and no reason or apology given just told they could not accomondate my request. Also for some reason the coffee at the breakfast center is very weak and not very tasty.
