After experiencing less than satisfactory service on a recent mainstream cruise, was pleased with the friendly interactions with staff and especially housekeeping. Keep up the good customer service, Holiday Inn!
Having a breakfast option in the hotel was important, and there were quite a few options available. However, the cooked items were cold (e.g., eggs, bacon, sausage), and that was disappointing.
I loved the option of pillows on the bed which were labeled "soft," "medium," and "firm." The quality of my sleep wasn't perfect... I think the mattress was too firm for my body.
Overall, my hotel experience was almost excellent, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

the concierge we had at check-in were great. they tended to our needs quickly. The morning concierge we had was quite different. she was a little rude and when my director went down to talk to her about the late checkout the concierge called my room and said I can checkout at 1pm. No matter I made it a point to be out of there by 12pm regular chekout time because of the way she acted when I asked of the late checkout. I left the keys in the room and left like instructed on my receipt that was left under my door. As we were walking out of the building we said goodby to our friends and coworkers and the concierge asked if we were leaving. I told her yes. She said what room I replied and she said something with an attitude and I almost went back but cannot make a scene because of too many children and co workers there. I kept walking and replied to her "OK".
No I think just because of her I'll stay at another hotel when we have our function in Corona again.

Hotel smelled clean as soon as you walk into the lobby. Appreciate that iced lemon water is available. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel room was always kept clean and neat. Thank you. Pillows did not offer much neck support and were uncomfortable. I suggest you change the pillows - they are really uncomfortable. Could have slept better with better pillows. Disappointed that freshly made waffles are not offered at your facility. There wasn't too much variety in the breakfast. Would be nice to get cut-up fresh fruit like pineapple, grapes, etc. Your hotel honored the coupon - so appreciate that very much. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

We chose to stay overnight to better enjoy our spa visit. It is located close to Glen Ivy and the Dos Lagos mall/restaurants, so very convenient.
Breakfast is not typical free continental fare, but a full, expanded meal. We had the option to eat in the great room or on the patio.
Room was large with comfortable beds, several cable channels, free WiFi. Bathroom toiletries were limited so bring your own. That was the only blip in a perfect stay.
We will definitely return.

I visit Corona 1-2 times a month and this is my go to place for rest and comfort.
The staff has always been extremely helpful and assertive.
If you are looking for a home away from home when traveling for business or leisure, I recommend giving this place a shot to earn your future business.
