Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Made me feel trustworthy, relaxed, and above all at ease! Our room was on the 3rd floor, I have 3 kids ranging from 7-11 years old. We all decided to go to the indoor pool on the 1st floor and brought our towels from the room (not knowing if there were any towels there already). Once the kids were ready to go back up but hungry, we wanted to leave to go grab something from a near by drive thru place. The front desk receptionist was so friendly that I approached her to see if it would be okay to take the towels we brought down from the room (as the kids were wet and covered themselves with them) with us and with no hesitation she said yes. This made my stay easier because she could have said no and I would have had to haul my kids back up to the room leave the towels and change before we could leave to get something to eat. She trusted that we would return with them.... Well it was that or I'd have to pay for them at check out :) Then breakfast the following morning was great! There was a variety to choose from. The only down fall was that there was a wait as there were alot of families and couples there. There was only 1 lady working her butt off trying to make sure that the food was available and if there wasn't she would cook it and bring it out right away. She showed me that she cared because had she not she would have taken her time and not worry what foods were out or available for the guests. It just shows great customer service. May 6, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy a/c and Housekeeping LOUSY!!!!! We stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable; but, a/c made to much noise when on. And if it is tuned off, the room is too hot. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping department needs to be sent to a cleaning lesson because the room is dirty. When we got there the mirror where the closet was smeared and was gross. The restroom had hairs all over the tub and sink area. And the carpet was not vacuumed properly. I was going to complaint; but , my husband said it's okay let it go. The next day, we were out all day and when we got back, our room wasn't cleaned that day. I was so upset. I did call the front desk to complaint and speak to management. I was so upset. I hanged up because I needed to calm down. I never heard from management. The staff at the front desk was nice. But housekeeping is REAL BAD!!!! April 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First review I've ever written... This place was that good!!!! In fact, this place was AMAZING!!! Very clean, especially by our standards. My wife is a clean freak. I would highly recommend, hands down. Took my family on vacation to the beach and this place was excellent. Close to the shore but we decided to Mustang Island instead (a few miles away) but it's right in the middle of everything in town. Don't think about it, just book it!!! March 28, 2015
