Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by noise in lobby it was very noisy too late at night. A guest room should not be that close to the lobby. A time should be designated as quiet time. When the noise is going up to midnight it gets irritating. I didn't have kids, but if I did, they wouldn't have been able to get to sleep. October 20, 2014

Justin, my first night there you that nice, helpful kid working the front desk and now you're the GM! Congratulations! And thanks to Bruce for all his years of taking great care of me, and to the always excellent front desk , breakfast room and lhousekeeping staffs as well. I'm retiring and moving to Mexico, so this was my last stay. I'll miss you guys! Thanks so much!! October 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Troubling response to rate for second night Upon receiving my Folio I noticed the rate for the 2nd night was about $10 more than for the first night. I called to front desk for clarification and the response was a little troubling. "The rate can vary depending on how busy we are!!" That is a troubling answer. I expect the same rate for each night unless the difference is mentioned at check in. We stayed Sunday and Monday nights. I can understand a difference if a weekend is involved but it seems to me that Sunday and Monday should be the same, and especially Monday shouldn't have been the higher priced night. This time we went with Holiday Inn Express, knowing it was considerably more expensive than anything else in the vicinity. If you don't want to gamble on what to expect, this is your place. And having a nice restaurant (Koko's) next door is an added benefit. October 14, 2014
