Our only issue with this Holiday Inn Express was that we could not order current movies to pass the time as we could at the other location. September 3, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stopping Point This Holiday Inn is right off the highway, so if you need easy access - they have it. The hotel looks like it is brand new and everything was spotless. We asked for additional sheets and towels and were responded to with a smile. Breakfast on Sunday was a bit hectic with all the guests, but we were able to land a table after a short wait. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Misrepresentation I originally booked 3 rooms under a non-refundable rate. When I found out that I would only need 2 rooms the night of arrival. I called and spoke to the front desk. The clerk said that she could not refund. I started looking for someone else to take my room. When my daughter arrived at 3pm the clerk said that she would be able to cancel the room at no charge because she could resell it. This was great! Our rooms were not ready so we checked in later that night. I checked my credit card statement and we were actually charged for the 3 nights. The General Manager was no help, she said her owners would not allow her to refund us and it didn't matter if the clerk said she cancelled it because she was not allowed to say this. The problem is she did say this and we were not expecting to have to pay for the third room. HORRIBLE SERVICE! August 18, 2014
