Great Service by the staff. Rooms very clean. TV was the right size. Bathroom could have been a little bit brighter.

when I rate the light in the room for sleep I tend to like a small amount of light. I think that a little night light would be nice.

I know the hotel was booked solid, yet we never felt rushed, or neglected. Before we arrived I received a call to tell me our room was ready. When we arrived I found out that I had been chosen as guest of the day. A delightful surprise. Desk staff was extremely helpful with regard to transportation to the Kentucky Derby, and local eating establishments. The hotel had even set up "Derby" pictures in the lobby with a photographer, & a shuttle to the race. Well done! We loved you Misty!

The staff was great. The Front Desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Once she new your name, she always mentioned it during conversations.
A few suggestions to improve on are: 1) provide adequate amount of towels for the room. We only had 3 towels for 2 people. Didn't realize it until shower time, didn't want to call room service during that time. 2) the pillow options were fine, but the pillows need to be bigger. 3) Hotel needs to advertise more about local attractions. 4) Breakfast time was rough. The area was packed without available seating and the staff had trouble keeping up with food service.
