Where else are you served a cold beer when you check in? We stay at Holiday In Express Hotels whenever possible and find that they are cleaner and have a more stable wireless Internet system which is important to us.
The variable's of Holiday IN Express are Breakfast Choices and the comfort level of the mattresses. This Hotel served Eggs, Sausage, Waffles etc. The eggs were cooked like an omelet with a slice of processed cheese. I prefer scrambled eggs and bacon rather than the cheese "omelet" and Sausage.
The Bed was firm/hard for my tastes and out of 7 separate Hotels on our trip 6 were Holiday In Express and the bed was too hard for my tastes. The 7th was Individually Owned with a very comfortable bed.
We will continue to Stay at Holiday In Express and our only real complaint is the too firm mattress.

Check In Staff was courteous and helpful, but did not provide recognition for Rewards Club membership.
However, Check Out Staff were not very courteous or responsive.
Hallways smelled moldy.
Pillow cases on beds were not clean or fresh.
TV remote control was dirty, did not function well.
Wireless WiFi functioned well.
Bathtub/shower walls and curtain were dirty and moldy/ mildewy.
Bathtub/shower drain was plugged up, drained slowly.
Water pressure was low; water temperature was scalding.
Towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Breakfast service closed down early.

Personally, I think that young lady I spoke of earlier ought to receive a raise.
She is a keeper and recommend that corporation consider moving her on up the chain

This was an overnight stay. Our room on the third floor was quiet, although the mattress was a bit too firm for my preference.

I work for the federal government. I need their hotel rate or I. have to pay the difference out of my pocket. I stay here all the time and i don't always get the same rate each time I stay. you need to stay with one rate or I'll have to stay elsewhere.. thanks.
