Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Graduation Our family rented 4 rooms from this location for a 2 night stay. It was very close to the Mid-America Center and several places to eat. The rooms appeared clean and the check in staff was very friendly. The service went down hill from there. The weekend staff acted like we were a bother. The pool area was nice, but the towels were small and there never were enough available. The breakfast selection was good and fresh. We notified the staff of a problem on check out, they did not offer a solution or even to have anyone follow up with us about it. I did e-mail the GM., we are still waiting to hear from him as to a solution to the issue. February 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Issues We had 3 rooms reserved and checked in on Friday afternoon. The front desk lady was awesome. She was friendly, out going, helpful. Sorry to say that kind of service did not extend into the rest of the weekend. the front desk was rude and seemed to be bothered by us asking if we could use the breakfast area for birthday cake. Sunday at check out - the front desk clerk was very short and not helpful. I have emailed the management about some issues and they have not taken the time to answer me. Not sure I will stay at a holiday Inn Express again. February 3, 2015

We thought the hotel was great except the Nasty Breakfast and watered down juice, And the Front Desk Clerk the morning we checked out was rude and uncaring about our complaint about Breakfast. The afternoon staff when we checked in,and Evening staff was of great joy and caring and even got us a shuttle to take my wheelchair.. January 31, 2015

She would refill one thing, and several others were empty! It was a busy day and she, by herself, could not keep up! January 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LONG Drive - Rewarding overnight stay in Omaha! Although we only saw the outside of this property in the dark, it seemed to be neat and clean. Interior was refreshingly clean, light and bright. We were greeted in a friendly manner by front desk staff despite our road weary appearence! As requested prior to our arrival, the room assigned was exactly what we wanted - in a very QUIET location in the building. We had read previous reviews of "guests returning from nearby casinos making a lot of noise in to corridors late at night." We were concerned about this happening to us...it did NOT.
