Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management, Customer Service Nightmare! The management at this property is atrocious! We were told on the phone that our reservations would be fully refundable, and then given a completely different story the next day when we needed to make changes to our reservation. Ultimately, the only thing they cared about was charging our company for an additional night stay (at an over-priced rate!) and have compromised 15+ years of customer loyalty in the meantime. I hope it was worth it, because our entire company has sworn off Holiday Inn as a result of their dishonest rate policies and lack of support. May 15, 2013

It is close to movie theaters, casinos. Gasoline is usually competitive. It is an easy on/off interstate. It is a good place to stay. It is cost competitive. May 1, 2013

I have stayed at the hotel once every month for the last year and this is the first time I have been denied the discount by the staff. I was so frustrated by this that I am not planning on staying there again despite the hotel being a good place to stay. March 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average hotel gets you averge experience! I spend around 280 nights a year on the road and I know what great service is. This hotel is well.....average. The only thing that stood out was the acknoledgement that I was a Platinum member. That's about as far as it got. First off the staf did not make the effort to upgrade me to a suite even though I'm a Platinum member and there were suites available. Second, when I went to my "standard" room, there was no microwave. For someone who spends on average 7 nights per stay at any of your porperties a microwave is a MUST HAVE. I inquired about a microwave and was told that they were only available in the suites. Which is where I should have been upgraded to in the first place! I asked about getting a microwave to my room and was told that there was a $10.00 per night charge for it. I asked if that was the case even for Platinum members like myself and was told yes, that it was hotel policy. If I were staying here for seven nights that would come out to $70.00!! I could BUY a microwave at Wal-Mart for HALF that cost and return it before I leave!! I left with the impression that this hotel management is just looking for ways to pad their bottom line at the expense of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! March 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay We stayed there 2 nights. It was a favorable stay no problems. We did like the convienence of the Horseshoe Shuttle stopping at the hotel. I didn't like the breakfast choices, but I never like the breakfast choices at Holiday Inn Express. I would rather they didn't serve breakfast and discount the price. of the room. I can get a better breakfast at McDonalds that is hot and tasty for Around $3. The hotel was nice. January 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet I love quiet This hotel is great it is away from loud traffic so it is very quiet. Next to a movie theater restaurants and a go cart track so plenty to do. The staff is great with that down to rearth feeling that puts you at ease. You won't go wrong staying here. December 21, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay, will come back for sure! My husband and I got the king bed room with spa feature. Only stayed for one night but it was wonderful. The room was very large, comfortable bed, clean linens, very relaxing spa tub, large bathroom and shower. I loved everything about the room. Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, we went out instead. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. It was worth every penny and it was very close to the casino's. November 5, 2012

The hotel staff is very accommodating the rooms are nice and comfortable, the staff is wonderful. I've stayed there for every home game I've attended. October 27, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by extreme noise extreme noise in the room above us; called the front desk with little help - talked to Lisa; again called and stated that we would have to check out; Lisa had an attitude and did not express any desire to assist us. my dtr was there for a med school interview and we got 3 hours of sleep. we were to stay a second night but checked out. i will never stay there again. I thought at one point that the pictures on the walls would fall off there was so much noise and activity from above............ October 18, 2012
