Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Average stay, except for Was in town visiting friends, everything was as expected eccept for the sheets. Never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express with such low quality sheets. The sheets had little rolled up cotten balls and were rough, really cheap feeling. Was not offered any welcome gift or recognized as a Platinum Elite member. On the positive side, we had plenty of electric outlets, that was very nice. January 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CLEAN clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. wide selection for the free continental breakfast. internet available in the lobby. wifi also available and they gave the password when you check in so i didnt have to ask. the location is steps or a short drive to shopping and restaurants. i recommend this hotel to everyone. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping Non-existant Due to my fiancé's allergies to pets in my father's home we unexpectedly needed to check in to the hotel for 3 nights while visiting family during the Christmas holiday. We were pleased to find availability at the Holiday Inn. In the morning when we left the room around 10am we removed the do not disturb sign so that the room would be cleaned. Upon returning at 6pm we found the room had not been visited by housekeeping. I immediately called the front desk and they asked me if I had removed the DND sign, which I confirmed I had removed it. They apologized and said we could come down to get fresh towels. And so we did. The next day we left again around 10am, removing the do not disturb sign so that the room would be cleaned. Upon returning at 9pm we found the room had not been visited by housekeeping yet again. I immediately called the front desk again and they asked me if I had removed the DND sign, which I confirmed I had removed it. They apologized and said it would be cleaned in the morning. I said that's fine, but we were checking out in the morning. Meanwhile we had mounds of dirty towels, overflowing dirty trash cans and almost no toilet paper left. For this being a brand new hotel in the area I was very disappointed in the cleaning maintenance of the room. I noticed the cleaning carts in the hallway both days we left around 10am. There was no reason for the cleaning staff not to clean our room, it was a huge disappointment. December 30, 2014
