Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Overall stay This Holiday Inn Express had a makeover about 4 years ago and you could tell. It was clean, the lobby and common areas were up to date, and the amenities were sumptuous. The only complaint that I have is the internet service kept dropping. I spoke to someone at the front desk and they rebooted the router but it didn't seem to help. November 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by As I've Said Previously, Best Hotel in All of Crawfordsville . . . . . . and I mean that. I've stayed at other hotels in the area, so I know. Had a difficult stay at this hotel in August; in October upon my return, Paul Parry Director of Marketing, took great pains to make my stay much better. He & the staff tried very hard to do all they could for me. In particular, I was needing to stay an extra night due to circumstances I did not anticipate. The staff went over the top to ensure that I could stay another night in the same room where I had been the previous 2 nights (even though I told them I could move rooms). So they were very .accommodative. I paid up for the King Suite which was much more open than a regular room, and made me feel much less claustrophobic. So the staff tries very hard--thanks to them. As for value, depending on the day, there are better values in Indianapolis, but that is an hour+ away. November 9, 2014
