Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Hotel is in a good location 10mins walk from Three Bridges station and 10 - 15mins walk into town. Bonus having a Harvester just across the car park. Room was clean and staff friendly. Have stayed here before and enjoyed it but this time the bed was a bit lumpy and springs dug into ribs but for one night was able to put up with it. There was a card in room to let know if there was a problem so filled it in and left it in room, so hopefully the matress can be sorted. The breakfast in morning was good. October 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Late arrival from airport We only wanted a few hours sleep from arriving late into London from abroad. However disappointed in the quality of mattress and size of double bed. The hairdryer blew cold air and the shower hose was split. An expensive quick stop over for some sleep after arriving 4am. September 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Value for money Used this hotel for the stay and park during holiday flying from Gatwick. Great value for money but factor in the cost of getting to the airport as there is no transfer or shuttle available. We paid £9 for taxi to airport, but the one back to the hotel on our return was £16 so bumped the overall cost up. September 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Basics OK but breakfast service is poor Whilst the hotel is OK in itself and the staff helpful the breakfast service leaves a lot to be desired. On the first morning one got water in stead of apple juice - on the second the apple juice was back but no milk [it was rumoured that someone had to go to the shop to get some!] and of the three hot items supposed to be on offer only two were there - the scrambled egg was not replenished once it had run out.. Had not been to Crawley before - no tourist map of the town was available even when asked; found surprising - most hotels seem to provide them. September 25, 2015
