We found the hotel well up to our experience of Holiday Inn Express with the exception that the breakfast period was rather overwhealmed by a large number in a touring group all eating at the same time and the variety of food available was not as good as Southampton, Hedge End for example..
Holiday Inn Express is ALWAYS our first choice when travelling in the U.K.

We have stayed multiple times when we come to London. The Three Bridges train station is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It is sound proofed and so you can’t hear the traffic, especially when you have AIR CONDITIONING! That’s right, one of the few places with it. For our family of 5 we got a group save ticket into London inclusive of the tube for 52 pounds for the day. Trains go directly to Victoria or Kings Cross station. We’ve even taken the train from here to King’s Cross and then the Eurostar over to Paris. The breakfast is meh but free, so hard to complain. There is a Harvester restaurant in the parking lot which is also convenient. Compared to London prices, this saves you quite a bit. A great place to get over jet lag. Always clean and comfortable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JLSSSS Good price and convenient location
We stay at this hotel 4 - 5 times a year as it's convenient for the purpose of our visit to the UK. It's excellent value for money with very friendly staff.
The mattresses should urgently be changed - it's like sleeping on a boat in really choppy seas.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lealovesnewyork Great Stay!!
Employees were the nicest people ever, my room and the property itself both very clean and comfortable.
Only 2 things: I wasn't greeted as a IHG club member, which wasn't a huge problem, just thought I mention because it's a big deal for some guests.
Another thing would be that there was not shampoo in the bathroom, only soap. Maybe that is for environmental purposes? If yes, then ignore the comment, soap works perfectly fine. :D
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much. I was able to store my luggage, get a room on the third floor, and I had no problems with my room at all. Although the hotel is fairly close to a busy street, it is quiet. For business or leisure - The perfect place to stay close to a train station and fair prices.
Thanks again to everyone!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CONWEA Great hotel for Gatwick Airport
Although the hotel itself is not in walking distance to the airport, it has direct link to Gatwick airport via bus which has a stop outside the hotel and the railway which connects the airport in 5 minutes. On the day of departure, I walked to the railway station from the hotel, without heavy luggage it is a pleasant walk and it took me 15 minutes from the hotel lobby to railway station platforms.
I will definitely stay here again next time if I need to go from Gatwick airport.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jeff3152016 Very comfortable stay
Although I could not fault the quality of the hotel, room or breakfast etc, the distance from Gatwick South was further than expected. I assumed I was staying within easy reach of the terminal, however I had to pay approx. £16 for a taxi.

Enjoyed the convenience of access to Gatwick, and the proxiimity of the Harvester restaurant. Reception desk employees were helpful and friendly. Room and bed very comfortable, once heat/air con figured out.
