We have been staying at this HI Express several times a year for the past 5 years -- whenever we have to be in the area for business. We always enjoy our stay here, thus we keep going back. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well appointed, the breakfast is always good, the staff is almost always very warm and welcoming,

I love staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels. It is our family preference for stays away from home. I always recommend Holiday Inn Express because of the service, and comfort.

We were impressed with the great staff but then again that seems to be the normal at HI hotels that is the reason that we always seek out HI when we travel w/o our fifth-wheel camper.

I come to Crestview every 90 days and I always stay here. Their quality and service is always consistent. For a complimentary breakfast, their offering is great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lu Lu 1111 Nice Hotel, but, be aware, they tack on $25 w/o telling you.
The Hotel was nice, except our fridge was on the blink and very noisy when it was running, and kept waking us up.
We got home and checked our bank account, to find that the hotel charged us an additional $25. Upon calling them, they explained it is an automatic deposit, in case of damage. We told them we just came from a sister property in Tampa, for a 5 night stay, and there was no damage there!
Not only were we not told of this extra charge, it was also not reflected on our final bill we received upon checkout. The hotel tried to tell us 'everybody does it''! No they don't, we travel all the time, and this is the first time this has ever happened! Not good hotel practice on their part! What if we didn't have the extra $25 in our account?! Plus, we felt insulted and uninformed!

We were just passing through but this hotel was the best in town. It must be fairly new. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
