Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay away. Holiday Inn Express Crestwood is filthy. Trash can in front of hotel was overflowing. Common areas and room need ongoing cleaning (mop tile floor, vacuum carpet in elevator, clean sticky and smudged doors, counters, and other surfaces). Did not provide preferential service for Ambassadors and was told that each Holiday Inn Express is independently owned. Many locals stay here on discounted room rates and invite friends and families to enjoy beers on benches in front of hotel at night and breakfast in the morning. July 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, quiet, and comfortable Rooms were very clean and comfortable, including the bathrooms. We had an issue with the air conditioning but it was quickly fixed when we reported it. Would have preferred queen-sized beds, but that's just us. The breakfast was GREAT--hot foods and egg choices every morning, rather than just the typical continental hotel breakfast. We also appreciated that we were able to make reservations rather spontaneously, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate our request for 3 rooms side-by-side. We definitely will stay again if we are in the area. July 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems with breakfast service and swimming pool The staff was slow to replenish breakfast foods including plastic-ware utensils. This created lines waiting for food. The swimming pool overflowed. Staff was slow to turn off water that was filling the pool. Entire deck area had about one inch of water on it making it difficult for those who who wanted to watch the swimming activities. July 7, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible WIFI service Very slow. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Air conditioner leaked water on floor. When brought to staff attention, nothing was corrected. I checked out a day earlier that reserved because of these problems and was informed that because I was not happy with hotel, they would not charge me the 3rd night that I had booked. I was informed it is this hotel's policy to charge customers for every night reserved even if you checked out a day or more early. July 6, 2015
