Cons: our king room had no easy chair so the only seating was one desk chair; huge bathroom but little space on the awkward counter around the sink in the corner; pricy. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Even Better I have stayed at several hotels in the area, but this hotel was always my favorite for several reasons, location, pool, breakfast and overall cleanliness. I haven't been there since it is now owned by Holiday Inn Express. I think it looks even better now. The bed was so comfortable. I felt like I fell into a fluffy cloud. Wish my stay had been longer. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst stay ever A/C did not work (room and lobby), pool not open on Labor Day weekend, ran out of basics at breakfast, phones don't work, maintenance service not available at all times. Holiday Inn van parked out front that is 'not available for transportation of hotel guest'. I would never stay here again. September 16, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and cozy, but sometimes misses details This is a good hotel. I would stay here again. It's a good area and a decent price. Let me just give you the pro's and con's. Pros: Front desk is friendly and attentive All appears to be very clean Pool is nicer than photos make it seem Cons: Toilet paper in my room ran out one day, no back up roll Towels ran out at the pool, had to go to the front desk to get one Used bag for ice machine on first night, was never replaced They ran out of sugar at the breakfast buffet didn't have sugar for 2 days Like I said, it's just those little details that can often bring you from "average to great". One hotel I stayed at frequently left 2 bottles of water and a small pack of oreos. The sugar would have went a long way. All I wanted was my morning coffee the way I make it at home.
