Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unsecure Parking!!!!!!!! The hotel is real nice and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and some are very helpful, while I dont believe the management is real concerned with total customer satisfaction or security. The largest parking is off to the side of the building with no view from room or anyone to keep watch (By Monitor) on your vehicle or your personal safety while entering and exiting larger parking area of building. This should be a concern when the Mardi Gras Casino is a big draw for this hotel. My vehicle was broken into and several things stolen. CAMERAS ARE NOT MONITORED 24/7 September 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff We stayed here while visiting our daughter. The staff at this property were great. They were very helpful with locating shops & so on in the area. They also gave great recommendations for sites outside of that area based on our stay. The property is new, rooms are nice, great breakfast variety. Would surely stay here again. September 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cross Lanes Stay The room was nice however there was a really great mirror however there was not sufficient lighting to really use it for much. Breakfast was nice but the only scrambled egg option was a cheese omelet. If you like cheese, that is great. If you do not like cheese, your choice was a boiled egg. Should have offered some options of plain egg. There is not sufficient signage that directs you to the hotel. We drove past it the first time and if we had not had our GPS on, we would have went further out of our way to find the location. This hotel is new so as expected, everything was nice a clean. Just a few things that they may want to adjust to make it a better stay next time. September 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a great a stay From front desk, to housekeepers to laundry people and the breakfast hostess, the staff here, no matter the time or shift always provides excellent and friendly customer service. The rooms are clean, up to date, roomy and quiet in terms of outside noise. My only one issue was not so much the temperature of the room because it was definitely comfortably cool (stay was during summer), but i think where they keep it running so that the room is cool for the next guest, not sure how long it ran but it made the room seem damp. Pillows, blankets etc. This is a personal peeve though so some may not be bothered by it. I ended up turning the air conditioner off for the remainder of my stay so that the room dried up a bit and prevented my kids from runny noses all weekend. But despite turning off air for most of stay, during the hot season, the room was still comfortable. A great stay for me and my family. September 10, 2014
