Rest of the staff was good but first impressions count.
Hotel was clean and all amenities were in good condition and the eating area was nice. Sorry did not get to use them. But had a great stay and will definitely stay at the same location next time.

We expected your everyday near the interstate motel/ hotel, boy were we surprised. We got a huge clean comfortable mini suite. The staff including everyone were friendly helpful and just like family. This was an experience my wife and I won't quickly forget. Thanks to all the staff that renewed our confidence in good hotels that put the quest first.

First the Housekeeping Staff and the wonderful woman who handles the breakfast were the highlight of my stay. They go out of their way to care for you.
As to the remaining team and my stay; I am now 7 days later still awaiting response from the management team regarding my issues.
The front desk team although courteous and polite lack genuine service skills. I know that sounds rough.. sometimes honesty is the best policy. My experience began by not being greeted as an IHG member or being asked if I was a member and if I wanted the snack or points. Next I checked into my room and did not have a microwave or fridge. I specifically chose this hotel for that purpose because I travel all the time I like to bring food and such. Regardless 10 minutes after check-in I went to the front desk and inquired. I was told by the clerk, "it's suppose to." It says on my list it does. Well there you go I am either blind or its invisible. Anyway I requested it be resolved the next day and asked for the manager to contact me. As stated earlier not only did the manager not contact me. I never received the missing items. Upon check out I was not asked about my stay I handed them my key and they said have a good day and I was on my way. Because I travel every week and I stay at candlewood or HIExpress I feel comfortable in knowing what to expect. This had to be that once every 4 months hotel you run into. I would still recommend because it is clean and quiet and because the housekeeping is so good. I know I probably won't stay here again. I hope your experience is better. Good luck
