Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overall This place was awful. When we checked in we had to pay an extra $10.00 per extra person. Never before did we have to do this. Staff was not friendly. When we left at 6:00am there was no one working the desk. We just left our keys and left. I travel this area and will never stay there again. No Holiday Inn or Holidy Inn Express has ever been this bad. February 24, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did Not Meet Expectations as a Holiday Inn Overall, my experience at the hotel was less than average. It was overpriced for the room compared to other hotels. The room was clean, but looked dated (with the exeption of the flat screen tv). The window was next to a parking lot light, and the blinds did not shut out the light. It looked like it was morning all night. There was about a 1.5 inch gap under the main door that let in light and noise. I could see shadows walking by our room and could hear the employees conversations clearly and felt a lack of privacy. This plus the overly firm, uncomfortable bed led to a sleepless night. Also, I did not have good WiFi service in the room. I borrowed an Ethernet cord from the front desk, only to learn that there were no Ethernet ports in the room. There were two telephone jacks. On a good note, the employees were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast and coffee were good after a sleepless night. The hotel could be better with a few changes, but until then I don't plan to stay here again. Note: Did not visit the laundry, fitness room or pool. February 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed was uncomfortable and happen to have no phone service Our room had 2 phones, no phone service at all. Was unable to connect to WI FI and was told to turn off device and retry. Did not work. Night shift person came to room to check the problems and he did resolve the WI FI issue, but however no phone service in room the stay. They did deduct some from the bill. No ice machine on the floor, had to search and find one a floor up. Had to use cell phone to call the front desk each time. Bed was very uncomfortable. January 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best holiday inn express we have been to We traveled for eight days through eight states for a funeral, baby shower, Christmas, and job relocation consideration with three small children in tow. This was one of 5 hotels we stayed in on this trip and was hands down the best. Friendly staff. Decent Breakfast. Comfortable room. If we travel through there again we will purposely plan on making that over overnight stopping point. Thanks for a good experience! January 1, 2014
