All the staff including Breakfast Room attendant know my nave and engage me in friendly personal conversation.
One of few that puts papear outside door. This is one of the most important Priority Club Amenities.
I stay at around10 or 15 Holiday Inss in Florida on a regular basis and this is one of the best

Would I recommend an over night stay at the Hotel, yes yes yes. We are already adding this Hotel to are next stay when visiting Florida. I have stayed at many Holliday Inn's with my company, as I do quite a bit of traveling, and can say it is the best for many reasons. The staff are very friendly and always smiling, the place is spotless, and obviously ran by a good manager.

The hotel and staff worked extremely well to make our stay easy and efficient. We got in late and needed to get up early to join a snorkel excursion.
The breakfast was ready before the published time and the hotel people knew that many guests were leaving before 6:00 AM.
Overall, an excellent manager, staff, and overall experience.

This was one of the best motels my wife and I have stayed in during our entire lives (retired!). The only negative I can think of is the somewhat strong deodorizer that I smelled each day at the front entrance. But since we didn't stay in that area very long, we were able to tolerate it. Mary was fantastic in the dining area. She obviously adhered to a strong, responsible work ethic that I have not seen in many years......not ANYWHERE! Thanks, Mary! You made our day each day!!! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

We stayed 5 nights to explore Crystal Rivers. We were on the 2nd floor. It was very quiet. Staff was very quick when we needed towels and never disturbed us when we had our door sign out The hotel was very clean. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was okay. We came down a couple of days around 9:15 and the woman running the kitchen wasnt very pleasant. I understand breakfast closed at 9:30'but not necessary to be agitated. We are on vacation and may sleep a little longer. Overall, it was great.

Hotel was really nice and all the staff was very pleasant and helpful. we rented 2 bedroom suite which was bigger than we expected with a very large bathroom! 1st comment my husband said was....wow this mattress is really nice and firm.

We stayed here last week for five days. This hotel had the friendliest staff, excellent breakfast bar, and very clean rooms! All staff was very helpful and super nice. If you needed to know any info on good food or fun things to do, they had menus, pamphlets and were very helpful. This was honestly, probably one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. This says a lot because we have been married 20 years and have vacationed alot over the years. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The "personal touch" that the manager of this facility adds to your organization is outstanding. He greets guests by name, as they come in an out of the lobby. Advises on local activities etc. When he says he hopes you'll return again, you can tell he really means it.
The facility is clean and very well kept but what puts this location above others is the "personal approach".
You can be assurred when we return to Crystal River , we'll be staying there, it's like "old friends".

I was shocked by how nice this hotel is compared to others of its level. The room itself was quite good and included a microwave and small refrigerator. The staff were very friendly and offered late check out and super early breakfast to accommodate our manatee snorkeling tour. Imran, in particular, stood out for his friendliness and efficiency. I also love that they offer recycling bins on every floor.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was so nice and helpful. We did the manatee swim early in the morning and were able to have a wonderful free breakfast before and after our swim. The pool was nice and the rooms were great.

Family of 4 stayed 3/25 through 3/29/13 (2 king beds and a pull-out sofa). Location was great - we used it as a hub to explore to the north and the south. Scrupulously clean. Desk staff helpful; other staff super - offered great suggestions for local restaurants and made sure we found pool towels when we didn't know where to look. Lovely pool. We liked the easily available recycling bins. Very pretty inside. Really a pleasant stay.

We especially appreciated the friendly employees of this hotel.
Imran and Dorene, the maintenance men, housekeepers, and breakfast ladies were just wonderful to us. We stayed for two weeks so this was a real vacation.
The beds were so comfortable and having the use of a refrigerator and microwave was very handy. The USA Today was delivered early each morning which didn't happen at most other hotels. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

This was our first visit to a HI Express. It was fantastic from the minute we arrived. We had a bag full of garbage in our hand from our long car trip and the maintence man offered to take it without us even asking. The front desk clerk that checked us in was VERY friendly. She gave us a free upgrade. The cookies and water were a nice touch and great treat after such a long drive. Our room was HUGE and SOOOO clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked. We will look for a HI Express in all our future travels.

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels....this hotel ranks at the top of the list. The beds were extremly comfortable, the rooms fresh and clean and the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to the counter person, Doreen. She was very helpful to us in extending our stay for an extra day and always had a smile and cheerful greeting for us....and everyone else she served. People make the difference....Doreen is one of those special people. I would highly recommend Crystal River Holiday Inn Express as a great place to stay.

stayed here for 2 nights. service was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was WONDERFUL..the woman stocking breakfast was a very hard worker, kept it stocked and fresh. the rooms were clean, NEW,and very organized.pool was HEATED, exercise room was small,but clean.we had a room close to exit on first floor because,the hotel was NO SMOKIng( that i like)but my husband smokes so there were ashtrays out side.Imran was very helpful about the rules and very easy to deal with, close to most all attractions, but not really walking distance.

My wife and I have just returned from a trip to Florida and as part of it we went to Crystal Riiver just to swim with the Manatees.
We chose the Holiday Inn Express by online recommendations and it did disappoint.
We stayed two nights at the hotel and the rooms are spacious, well fitted and very clean, and the front desk service was excellent with great recommendations on where to eat and quickly resolving one small issue that came up.
The Manatee experience was unforgettable and was made all the better with a late check out so we could shower after we came back from the tour.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning.

This is the third visit to the Crystal River Holiday Inn.
The breakfast area is well managed and the staff is to be commended, The desk clerks are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Each visit is better than the previous visit. We definitely will stay here again.

Stayed here four times and have always had a wonderful experience. Last stay encountered the hardest mattress ever. Could not get comfortable. Waited to the last minute to reserve a room so took a "standard" room as that was all that was left available. Next time book early for a better mattress.

My family stayed here last week & I was very happy with our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly (everyone from the front desk, to the laundry lady we met in the elevator, to the lady preparing the breakfast). They went above & beyond what was expected of them & I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.
The front desk lady (I believe her name was Doreen) gave us excellent recommendations for supper.
All & all this was an excellent hotel, you won't be disappointed!

My son and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Crystal River on 3/7/13 for one night to be near our manatee tour. The hotel is obviously brand new... it was squeaky clean, we had a large, comfortable room, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the free breakfast bar was open before 6:30 am with an attentive staff member to oversee everything so we could eat before our 7 am tour... I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff! We were greeted with smiles and chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, we were given great suggestions on places of interest (Homosassa Springs State Park was super!), the hotel is only minutes away from Pete's Pier where our manatee tour meeting point was, and there is a Dunkin Donuts and CVS on the same street. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We were traveling within Fl to enjoy the sights of our home state. We wanted to stay near the highway and didn't plan to be in our room much. The desk staff got us to the right local places! We went to Rainbow Springs! The room was very nice, clean, quiet, pleasant. It had a small frig and microwave. We didn't need them, but it's nice to know they are there. They even have a small laundry. The breakfasts were quick, easy, varied and delicious. We'll go back!
