Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, nice hotel Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager, April, was extremely nice and very thoughtful. Some furniture could use reupholstering, but otherwise the hotel was nice. Would definitely recommend staying here. January 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water! We had no hot water for 2 days even after we reported it. We ran out of toilet paper and was told to go to front desk to pick up more. Breakfast food had a lot of variety but was poor quality. Coffee was good. Good location and shuttle service. Will stay somewhere else next time. January 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Personnel/Property Condition--Not the Best Overall stay at this hotel not very good due to: 1. Personnel not responsive. 2. Carpet outside elevator/room dirty. 3. Desk did not greet me as an IHF Member. 4 No USA Newspaper available the next morning. 5. Had to check out at the desk to get a copy on the bill, no express check out. 6. Had to go to a different floor for ice--No ice machine on this floor. 7. Noise from the floor above was very noisy-Did not get a good nice rest. 8. The Guest Breakfast area was very niece- Food was excellent--Service personnel were extremely niece. January 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Accomodates Staff and Not Guests I am an IHG member-chose/booked hotel with points since amenities were shuttle; indoor pool and hot tub. No shuttle provided from airport and the pool/spa closed for painting. However, no painting done-walls had spots that may need touch up-furniture was against pool walls. Not sure why the sign closed??? I could not find my toothbrush and was told, "sorry, we ran out for the holidays-you can buy one at the station next door or probably in our machine." Hotel was almost empty-low census-wonder why??? December 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by H U G E rooms, polite staff, ample breakfast! The standard room was enormous and very well appointed. The hotel was tidy and clean (except for the pool area which had been overlooked). The staff was accommodating and kind. Complimentary Wi-Fi for members. Overall a nice stay. I would return.
