Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best stay Wanted to treat an out of state friend to a fun weekend in Dallas. Disappointed that shuttle service was not available (had called ahead to confirm). Towels were lacking in quanity. Room still had remains of trash from previous occupant. Not the best for the standard set by Holiday Inn Express. Used rewards points for stay did not feel it was worth it. November 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms - location not so great Our first room had issues and we were moved as soon as possible. Our stay was for 5 days and the room was very nice. The manager April and other front desk people were helpful and courteous. As far as location...there is a gas station with a Subway right next door...that is it. Everything else you have to drive to. Breakfast was the usual and it was fine, but the nice lady had a very difficult time keeping things stocked up nearly everyday. October 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by If Applicable, ask for a "medical discount" Because of convenience to the Medical Center, and my loyalty to the brand, my recent stay was somewhat bitter sweet. The assessable room was nicely appointed, the facility was clean. The thing that jaded my stay is that after finding out from someone else that the facility offers a "medical discount"; I asked, before checkout, if the discount could be applied retroactively. I was told by the front desk staff the day of checkout and by the manager, the next day, that this could not be done. Being a Senior Citizen, with a limited income, that extra $50 could really have made a difference, October 25, 2014
