Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn "Express" Experience Not the Holiday Inn "EXPRESS" that I envisioned.. This hotel is pretty OLD. The room was small and so were the "double beds". They were more like TWIN beds. The walls were filthy and carpet had a red stain on it. Disgusting! The hotel staff was not very attentive nor professional. I will give this 2 stars, IF that. They are informative about dining in the area, and with directions to major attractions. This location is located midway between downtown Dallas and Six Flags over Texas, and is an easy commute to Fort Worth. March 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds, staff could have been better We chose this hotel for a getaway on Valentines only to be disappointed that the pool room was cold as ice and the hot tub was out of order. The back door was not working properly and we had to walk all the way around the building to get in after dark in the cool evening and staff didn't seem concerned. The elevator was being worked on and breakfast was not refilled very well while there was still forty five minutes left of breakfast time. This is not my normal experience with Holiday Inn and I was not impressed. February 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Needs Help When checking in, it turned out that they had given away my room to someone who's name was vaguely close to mine. After finding my reservation and getting me a room, I gave the clerk my tax exempt certificate. When I checked out, my bill had a charge for taxes. I said this wasn't correct. The clerk said she would have the manger fix it later (and took my email address). Four days later and not receipt. Also, don't leave early (5:15am) as the coffee was clearly from the night before.
