Comfortable stay at a convenient location. I usually stay at Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express for business and am rarely disappointed.

Be forewarned this property charges $10 extra per person per night for 2 people. Have never stayed in a hotel where they charged this for only 2 people. Also, in accessible room, shower head was horrible. Could hardly get soap off body with use. Definitely needs to be replaced. Staff was excellent, though.

I really felt comfortable at my stay in the Holiday inn Express. The continential breakfast was excellent as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Upon our arrival we were grated with all respect. Our rooms were available expect for one of them. We understand we arrived about 40 minutes after check in but its ok. The rest of our stay was great. Rooms were cleaned daily and the ambient was good.

Great place to stay and within walking distance to restraunts.
only thing we don't like is the smoking allowed at the front
entrance to the hotel.
Not good for our small grand children to enhale second hand smoke

I love this location/hotel. This was my 5th visit, but this experience wasn't so great. Took 2 hours to finally get settled! There was only one person working by the time I arrived. I had a problem with my room and the employee at the front desk promised me twice she would come up and help. After waiting a long time I looked out into the lobby from the 2nd floor and saw her a few times not helping anymore and leaning towards the desk not doing much. I called again and when downstairs to see when I would finally be helped. I asked when would I be helped and she told me that she would have to go up to my room. I said ok and sat in the chair in front on the main desk. I waited for at least 20 min watching her "acting" busy. She even left the desk a few times. Even when it was just us in the lobby she never spoke to me about when she would help me. It wasn't until I got up and walked towards her is when she said she would help me. I was so confused. Why did she let me sit there this whole time when all I had to do was lose my patience.. She couldn't fix the problem and she told me she would have to move me to another room. So she had to go on the computer and change my room. Took a little while but it had been over 2 hours till I finally settled in my room. Also the day I was supposed to leave I saw a bill under my door. I was confused again because I already bought my room through a 3rd party website. So I went to the lobby to ask why I was being billed again. It was the same employee from the night before. I explained I already paid for the room and showed her conformation emails for proof. She didn't understand what I was saying and told me I had to pay the bill she game me. So I went to my room and called the main customer service number. I talked to a real nice lady and she told me I shouldn't have to pay the bill they game me. She put me on hold to call the front desk. When she came back she told me she called 5 times and she couldn't even talk to anyone. I told her about the employee and she told me she was sorry for the bad experience. I ended up leaving not having to pay the bill. I left a lot of stuff out but I felt this review was long enough... It was just a shame on the service after coming here so many times.
