We are IHG Platinum Members and have been for several years. We will drive out of the way just to stay at an IHG property. We never stay at any other brand if at all possible. We do not recommend this property. The evening staff was nice and pleasent and very helpfull. The morning staff were exceptionally rude. We were told we had a late checkout for 1pm. Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8:30am. We told them we had a late checkout and they would return every 30 min and ask us again when we were going to leave and why we werent leaving yet. After 4 times of them coming to our room, I went to the front desk to compaliain. While I was at the front desk waiting to talk to the front desk personal, the houskeepers went to our room again and were yelling back and forth across the radios about the "Guest that wont leave". Housekeeping would stand outside our door and complain about us enough that we could hear inside the room.

I have stayed in at least 6 IHG hotels in the Dallas/Plano area in the last two years, and this is the best so far! It is modern and up to date in appearance and appeal. The beds were very comfortable and décor of the rooms and halls was refreshing. Stayed on the 4th floor so no noise problems. Breakfast items were fresh and dining area very clean. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!
