Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exemplary customer service Every staff member with whom we came in contact was polite, friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. The male breakfast attendant on Sat. 5/16 was a true example of exemplary customer service. He was extremely friendly and attentive to all customers. There was a plethora of breakfast options from which to choose. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. That is not always the case. We could not hear any noise outside of our room, on the third floor. My only criticism would be, and I am nitpicking here, that a better quality of toilet paper might be nice. It was institutional. I'm thinking Charmin might be a better option. :) Overall, we had a relaxed and comfortable stay. We had to cancel the planned second night stay and that was accomplished with ease and understanding. I would not hesitate to return here or to refer it to others. May 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive staff with great atmosphere Although I had encountered an issue with my room key card no longer working 10 minutes prior to the normal check out time of Noon, and 40 minutes before my requested late check out time of 12:30 P.M., the staff were very helpful with getting the problem resolved. I have stayed at this particular hotel twice given it's great atmosphere and excellent rooms, and this is the first issue I've ever encountered. I am glad the staff was so willing and able to rectify the issue immediately. May 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not what we had reserved I was disappointed that we did not receive the suite that we had reserved and only noticed this after we entered the room. The difference is being refunded, but the point is that no one mentioned this either before our arrival or even during check-in. The experience was not what I was expecting from a Holiday Inn Express! May 13, 2015
