Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy AC and No Hot Water Room 212 had a noisy AC. Sounded like a freight train and no one ever came to look at it and would not change my room. Had to sleep with it off. TV would not drowned out the noise. Also very low water pressure and the hot water did not work at all on the 2nd night. Hotel was clean but staff and utilities were pretty bad. The side of town this is on is also a little shady. January 30, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loud guests and ghetto area I travel often to Dallas for business and always stay with IHG hotels often Holiday Inns. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before but it was closest to my multiple meetings over the week. The area of this hotel is not nice at all and it is not close to any nice restaurants or shopping centers. While I was there for 3 days I listened to probably a child running up and down the hallway I called the front desk and she was too busy checking in other guests to look into it. I had across the hall from me construction workers drunk and locking each other out. I had a family next to me that was not able to get into the room for atleast 30mins and just kept trying to basically break the door down. All these happened after 9pm. And on the morning I was flying home at 2:30Am I literall woke up to someone banging on a door and shouting someone's name for 15 minutes. If you are here for business NEVER stay here or for any other reason! January 20, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality and poor service Check in and out was efficient. Stay was Friday-Monday. My room was clean but shower didn't work well and water was backed up. Upon checking in staff didn't tell me about the phone lines/internet being down. Lacked sleep due to noise and dogs barking in next room, 3:30am couldn't call to complain had to get out of room and walk to lobby (since phones were down). Hotel staff notified, Assistant General Manager called the next morning and basically said we can give you points but I can't get back sleep!! HORRIBLE stay! January 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful facility - unfriendly staff From the time I pulled up I immediately noticed this is a top-notch facility. When going into check in I was not greeted by a welcoming smile or a friendly receptionist. Manager came by a couple of times and spoke Spanish to a couple of the employees but never recognize my existence when checking in or if I want by the counter when leaving. All in all, top-notch facility but unfriendly staff. January 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Smart choice for a place to stay The staff at this location were nice & polite. The room was cleaned & serviced new towels daily. Hot tub was cleaned & hot. Parking available & pretty close proximity to the hotel. However free wifi was slow. Breakfast was delicious & variet to choose from. Definitely recommended this location & would come back.
