The hotel is well kept. Everything is clean. The staff, from the folks at the front desk to the breakfast lady, were all very nice and friendly. The fitness area is better than most hotels at this price point. Will stay there again.

This was a bad experience, but hopefully an isolated incident. I have always enjoyed my stay with you brand, and will not allow this incident to prevent me from frequenting your hotels.

Was a very stressful stay. Should be able to take a shower without smoke detector going off. Staff should never enter the room with a guest in the shower. Completely unacceptable.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there are many restaurants nearby. The workout room needs a lot of attention, and the hotel needs some renovating. I have returned many times due to the location, even though my stays have not been without some complaints.

This hotel has been a great place to stay as we come to Dallas to see a medical specialist there. The staff, even when making a reservation, have been so helpful to the two of us in helping us find our way around the city. Since we must come back to Dallas now at least once a year we will always stay there and when we travel during the summer, we will be looking to stay at other Holiday Inn Express hotels because of the great experience we had here. The only thing I can think to improve my stay would be to have some lighting over the sofa in the room. I read a lot and did find it difficult to have enough light when sitting on the sofa.

I was offered welcome points. It never made it to my account. I tried using the missing points inquiry. I got a reply saying my stay points are credited. I replied back, my inquiry was never about the stay points, it was over the 300 welcome points.
