Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but Aging This hotel had a fine staff that was friendly and took care of all my needs. The rooms were clean, but the hotel overall is showing its age. Everything was serviceable, but showed some wear. Outside the neighborhood seems to be a little so-so. Restaurants all around, apartments just down the road, and some pan-handlers approached us on our way in. Parking is on the opposite side of the building from the main entrance. My stay was reasonably comfortable, and things were clean, but the building is going to need a face lift sometime. June 17, 2016

The staff is always very friendly, helpful, etc. The hotel itself is an aging property, so things like the carpets are fairly worn, but the bed and bathroom is always clean, which is all I need, as a business traveler. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Visiting Family This is hotel is very convenient for visiting our family. I'm learning my way around the area and like the ease of getting out of the hotel parking lot. Overall the this is the second time we've used this hotel. Both experiences have been fine. There have been improvements over the first time we stayed. It just seems like it's a little worn and needs some freshening up . The AC in our room leaked and made the room smell musty. June 1, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love the staff While this hotel isn't my first choice, I do find myself calling these guys more and more. The quality of the rooms needs some work, but it's the staff that has me calling them more often. Extremely nice, and if you have a problem with a room, they generally try to either fix the problem, or find you a room that you are comfortable with. I like new hotels with wide open spaces with new TV's, etc. So maybe it's just me :) The rooms do the job they are meant too. To sleep then go. May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVELY!!! I want to thank the lady that checked me in on the evening of May 22, 2016. I don't know her name but she is truly an asset. She had quoted a price when I made the reservations (shortly before arriving) and then questioned me further after I arrived about whether I was there on business or pleasure. I told her that I was there on business for medical training and that I was paying for this myself (not being reimbursed by any company/clinic) and that I was there to further my education on a particular PET/CT scanner. I am a nuclear medicine technologist. She gave me a business rate which was better than the quoted rate on the phone. THEN ! She asked which hospital I would be working with and when I told her, she said that she could give me a better rate than that and switched it to the better rate! What a blessing that was because I really needed the best rate I could get! She was truly amazing! She deserves special recognition! AND a raise! May 30, 2016
