Staff was friendly and accommodations were nice. Breakfast is adequate, but not really very good, but that seems to be the norm at all hotels with free breakfast. February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by always like Holiday Inn Express I was in Dallas for my eye dr. we always stay at this location.. the only thing is the parking.. there isn't much of it and if you park in the parking lot for the the other businesses you get a ticket... the rooms really need to be remodeled some. Also the carpet was really stained. have stayed here alot and this time it was not as nice but the staff and everything is good. think it has to be an old hotel.. Just some TLC February 16, 2015

But this is not a place I would come back to again due to the disappointments with food choice, cleanliness of rooms, comfort of beds and overall room aesthetics. It was close to the hospital (which was my main concern at the time) but not a spot to enjoy a leisurely trip. February 16, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate but not great. My husband called the hotel because my cell phone was dead, but he was told I was not registered at the hotel! When I learned that, I called the desk and was told there was static on the line and she could not understand him, however my husband said she was able to hear and answer other questions he asked about the location of the hotel to make sure he was calling the correct place. I've stayed here before because the hotel has a great location for my business while I am in Dallas, but it is old and kind of dreary. The breakfast is the usual holiday inn fare--the eggs are terrible. February 9, 2015
