Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel and excellent staff We had a lovely stay at this location. I was a little concerned about traffic from the interstate, and the aesthetics of the location. Neither was an issue. In fact, there was a lovely view of the trees from our room. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Our luggage was lost at the airport, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and to help us remedy our situation. I honestly can't say enough about the awesome staff! May 5, 2015

Clean upscale room with plenty of easy to access electrical outlets. Everything from chairs to pillows and bed very comfortable. Real heating and cooling equipment that works! NO WALL SHAKERS HERE! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Extra charges Overall, the room was great but the service was horrible. I say this because I stayed here for a job conference and the room was payed for prior to my trip by my employer . When I checked in they asked for a credit card hold of 20 dollars for incidentals which makes sense and i always do it. On my check out date I checked my account and not only did they charge the 20 incidental fee but they also charged 89.38, and a 238 fee. When I called concerning the charges they could not explain the charges to me. What's even more upsetting is that they also charged my employer the hotel fee. I'm disputing this now with my bank but it's definitely an inconvenience and I will not be staying here again. My advise is if you plan to stay here check your account on a daily basis.
