We liked the Plano area and the hotel, so we returned without the kids for a romantic valentines weekend in the area. The hotel, staff, room were perfect. The hotel is clean and modern. I was recognized for my IHG Platinum Elite status and was upgraded to a larger room. Again perfect. I appreciate feeling like a VIP, which honestly is what I expect for my IHG loyalty. This hotel sets the bar. Very nice facility. The only complaint I could make would be that they do not have a dedicated service elevator, and the housekeeping staff pretty well take over the elevator lobby area on all the floors to use as a staging area for their carts and laundry once they start cleaning each morning. It just didn't seem professional. As a guest, you do not want to see so much of the behind the scenes in your face. February 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible, awful front desk staff Hotel itself is very nice, the front desk person is rude and knows nothng about customer service. This is the second day in a row i went to to the front desk to clear up a duplicate charge from a previous stay. Yesterday, the fire alarm kept going off, so the manager asked if he could fix that problem before looking at mine. He never returned to correct my problem. I tried again today, but the front desk girl didn't know a thing, turned her back on me and walked away. I am extreemly upset with the whole thing. If the manager cannot get this corrected in the morning, i will only get further upset.. February 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 This survey is entirely too long The beds in this facility are ridiculously hard. Won't stay there again for that very reason. Other than that, it is a clean hotel and seems up-to-date. I found the housekeeping staff to be very loud early in the mornings when they began the cleaning of the rooms. February 5, 2015
